I started “Will It Tini?” with the Matzotini. Now meet the Chip-tini. 🥔🍸

I love combining my favorite snacks and drinks, so naturally @vandy_crisps potato chips, crème fraîche, caviar, and a dirty martini had to become one.

THE CHIP-TINI

2 oz potato chip-washed vodka
½ oz dry vermouth
¼ oz @la.saum olive brine
Vandy potato chips from Ikraa Caviar
Crème fraîche
@ikraacaviar

For the potato chip-washed vodka:
Add a generous handful of potato chips to 1 cup vodka. Let infuse for about 2 hours, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer followed by a coffee filter until clear. Chill until ready to use.

To make the martini:
Add the potato chip-washed vodka, dry vermouth, and olive brine to a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Stir until very cold and strain into a chilled glass.

Top a Vandy chip with crème fraîche and Ikraa caviar and serve it right over the martini.

Will it tini? Absolutely.
