SEEK’ing out a good time with KEEN. Last week we brought a fantastic group together at @fforest Farm to touch grass, run trails and hike the coast— all while being fed by the best team in the kitchen, @somucheverything. This site has it all if you’re an outdoor lover like us. And the location in West Wales is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and serene places we’ve been in the UK. Endlessly grateful for the trust KEEN have in 114 Index to produce these moments, which in turn create these memories for others. Not just ourselves. Every single individual who came along played their part in turning this trip into something really special. This would not have been possible without the hard work of our team. 114 Index: @lowlo_k @lilyrosecampbell Photo: @liamfurneaux Video: @jackgorham1 Kitchen: @somucheverything Pizza: @allterrain95 Brand partners: @weareghostlabs @goodrays @cadence @grownalchemist @refybeauty @ospreyeurope @hydroflask.eu

Wellll what can I say. There's nothing more special than spending days in the mountains with a group of strong, kind, loving and badass women. I'm so incredibly grateful for the new memories and besties I've made on this trip, I love each and every single one of you, thank you for sharing your vulnerable moments, hugs, stories and wisdom. I'm also incredibly grateful for our guides Moni and Lizi, I now have skills for life taught by legendary women who continue to boss it in male dominated fields. A super thanks to Soph for providing us with hearty meals across the trip, my stomach is thanking me and I'm grateful to feel fulfilled and nourished. And lastly a huge thank you to the @peakperformance team for making this trip happen. Having events for women to connect in male-heavy industries and sports are incredibly inspiring, empowering and important. This trip highlights why peak are my no1 brand (no I'm not being paid to say that lol). Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for a trip that has given me memories that will last a lifetime x
