✨ SOLD ✨

I’m so proud of my Seller making a huge life change at this stage. It’s not easy to let go - I understand completely. But the future is bright with possibilities now! And being near family will make life sweeter.

I admire my Buyer client. She’s got grit, determination, and drive to succeed. No wonder why we get along so well! This is the second deal we’ve done together this year and I am beyond grateful for your trust in me.

This is me standing in your new lake house! I’ll be sure to print you a copy of my face to frame on the walls of your new home. 🤳🏼💌 Your lake house will be for sale this Friday! Then you can book a showing with me and come see your new house on Saturday! Then, because you love it so much, you’ll come back to my open house on Sunday just to admire it some more! On Monday you will say “Erin! I can’t wait any longer! I must offer to purchase my new home here on Oxtongue Lake.” to which I will reply; “Of course! But we’ll have to wait until offer presentation date Nov 15th for you to win this stunner!” And then you will be upset with me for making you wait with everyone else. But then your offer is chosen! Hurray! And you get to move into your new lake house on Oxtongue Lake just in time for Christmas.

And they all lived happily ever after.
