** LabCardi Turns 4! **

Today, I’m truly grateful to celebrate Labcardi’s 4th anniversary — a milestone that represents vision, resilience, and powerful partnerships.

🏁🏁

My journey began as an #Italianwoman in motorsport, building my career in the Middle East as an #F1AbuDhabi Grand Prix Strategist, with over a decade dedicated to developing the #motorsport business ecosystem, connecting racing teams, sponsors, and global brands at Yas Marina Circuit - The Meeting Place of Champions
This path shaped me into a trusted motorsport insider who belongs in the #paddock, boardroom, and pit lane.

Four years ago, I founded @labcardi — a Lab connecting Motorsport, Tech & Lifestyle, where creativity, style, and authenticity come together through meaningful, high-impact connections. Through the #BCLounge, we’ve collaborated with global brands and government entities, creating strong regional and global appeal.

🎤🇦🇪

I’m deeply thankful to the incredible leaders who joined our panels — I truly enjoyed interviewing you, challenging mindsets, and presenting motorsport events, an experience I genuinely love as it allows me to connect stories, people, and performance on stage.

Equally grateful for the confidence of our investors and sponsors, trusted by international brands, sponsors, and executives who continue to believe in our mission.

🚦🚦

Beyond Labcardi, I’m honored to serve as a Global Mentor with the FIA Women in Motorsport Mentoring Program, supporting talent development and mentoring women across 37+ countries worldwide.

🏎️🏎️🏎️🏎️🏎️

✨ More exciting things are coming in Motorsport & Lifestyle.
Be ready — my call is coming soon.

Where Speed Meets Prestige

🏁🇦🇪🏎️

Throwback to an unforgettable paddock moment at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
Under the floodlights, engines roared and champions chased perfection. Honored to stand there as a woman in motorsport — fully immersed in a world where ambition, mastery, and passion set the pace.

Counting down: 7 days to go until the next Abu Dhabi Grand Prix — the final race of the season.

🏎 🎤
I’ve learned from Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends that the fastest wins aren’t just about speed: they’re about strategy, teamwork, and the right questions.

Now, whether I’m hosting, interviewing, or connecting the automotive and motorsport world, my goal is always the same:

✨ Engage.
🎯 Inspire.
⚡ Connect.

Because even in a world of #AI and robotics, it’s the human spark that keeps the engine alive.

“The future belongs to those who ask smarter questions.”

🤖Throwback to an incredible fireside chat with Forbes-recognized innovator Ahmed Al Dharwesh at the Business Lounge (BCLounge) by @labcardi

We explored a powerful idea:

- AI isn’t just tech — it’s a responsibility.
A responsibility to innovate with ethics, inclusion & purpose. 🌍

And at the heart of it all? Research.
It’s what fuels breakthroughs, keeps AI transparent, and ensures progress serves people — not just systems. 🚀

Grateful to have moderated this exchange, and even more grateful for spaces like BCLounge that bring visionaries together to shape the future.

🙏 Huge thanks to Ahmed for sharing your journey and wisdom.

Join our upcoming ** @labcardi Workshop ** “Building Autonomous Driving Ability – Lessons from Formula Grand Prix Racing”

🏎️ What can Business Leaders learn about #Autonomousdriving from #Formula Grand Prix Racing?

At first glance #motorsport and #selfdriving mobility may seem worlds apart—one thrives on speed and competition, the other on safety and reliability.

Yet, their journeys are closely linked:
- Competition drives progress – #innovation under pressure accelerates breakthroughs.
- Simulation and racing – #testing grounds where performance is refined.
- Continuous improvement – each iteration strengthens #safety and trust.

Join our upcoming ** Labcardi Workshop ** with Dr. Paul Spence🚦 “Building Autonomous Driving Ability – Lessons from Grand Prix Racing” in partnership with Road & Transport Authority - RTA at the Dubai World Congress for Self-Driving Transport Redefining Mobility: The Path to Autonomy Dubai World Congress on 24-25 September.

@sdc_dubai

We’ll explore how principles from the track can shape the #future of autonomous mobility, offering leaders fresh insights into Innovation, Performance, and Long-term Safety.

Paul began with a decade in flight simulation, developing the software for the instructor stations and control platforms. Then in motorsport as a developer, Product Director and Chief Technologist at McLaren Applied Technologies, Paul created the telemetry tools for #F1 teams to develop their cars through data.

We’re committed to driving the future of transport forward—safe, smart, and sustainable. 👇
