The “coolest” coffee spot in Bellevue just entered the chat. ☕️🇻🇳✨
If you haven’t been to @labean.bellevue yet, you’ve “bean” missing out! They are serving up some of the most creative Vietnamese sips and banh mi in the city.
The highlights:
✨ The LaBean Latte: This is a total standout—perfectly nutty, creamy, and delicious. It’s a “must-try” for any coffee lover. 🥜☕️
✨ Fruit Teas: If you want something crisp, their fruit teas are a total vibe. The Lychee Tea was so refreshing and the perfect palate cleanser! 🧊🏮
✨ The Banh Mi: The perfect crispy, savory pairing for your drink.
Whether you’re looking for a midday caffeine kick or a light snack, this spot is truly the “cream of the crop.” 🥖🔥

Happy Holiday Weekend! 🎄

It’s such a festive weekend for shopping and holiday outings! A look at the rest of our cookie box 🎄🍪🎁

Yuzu Linzer Cookie

My first time making Linzers — and I couldn’t resist a gingerbread cut-out.

A lightly almond cookie filled with yuzu honey marmalade. Bright, citrusy, and a little unexpected — a holiday classic with an Asian touch.

Chocolate Crinkle Cookie

No twist. No mint. No spice.

Just an irresistible warm, fudgy chocolate cookie — the kind I’d choose if I could only have one dessert for the rest of my life.

Made with two types of decadent Ghirardelli chocolate chips and best enjoyed slightly warm for that gooey center.

Peppermint Nougat Crisp

Our original nougat crisp — soft yet crispy, filled with crackers, fruits, and nuts — with crushed peppermint candy folded in.

Festive, gently minty, and perfect for the holidays (even if my family doesn’t agree 😌). ❤️🤍

All of this, gathered into a box made just for you.

In addition to cookies, we have Christmas tree cakes in Pandan Lychee Paradise and Ichigo Shortcake to spread the holiday cheer 💚

Enjoy the holiday season with a treat meant to be shared with those you love most 🤍

Thank you @labean.bellevue for having us on Saturday 💚🩷

Preorders are available until the pop up starts at @slip_belltown @mixed.pantry Sunday 12/21 from 11-3pm!

A closer look at our holiday cookie boxes 🎄

Filled with 6 unique treats, let me tell you about these 3 with our unique take on cookies with an Asian flair.

🧡 Salted Egg Yolk Shortbread

I don’t eat as many sweets as you might expect — but I love a sweet + savory combo.

This cookie exists because of that craving. Buttery, flaky shortbread with the deep, savory umami of salted egg yolk. Crisp at the edges, tender in the center, and quietly addictive.

If you love balance over sweetness, this one’s for you. I’ll bring extra boxes of these salted egg yolk shortbread cookies on their own 🧡

🤎 Hojicha Pecan Nougatine Cookie

My family loves nuts. Like… *really* loves nuts. They still remember a random entremet cake I made nearly eight years ago — simply because the pecans were that toasty and delicious.

This cookie takes toasted pecans coated in caramel and sets them into a buttery hojicha shortbread. As it bakes, the caramel melts and fills the cookie from edge to edge.

I chose hojicha for its warm, roasted notes — think an Asian-inspired pecan pie, in cookie form.

💚 Matcha Wreath Butter Cookie

This butter cookie recipe is one of the very first I made again and again — the kind you memorize without trying.

Light, flaky, and crumbly in the best way, it’s a cookie I never get tired of. I added matcha, shaped it into a wreath, and finished it with white chocolate and dried fruit.

A quiet nod to where this business began 🤍

Chiffon cake, nougat crisp, and these butter cookies I could eat every day. This final version is piped into a wreath — just as I first envisioned it.

❣️ Available at @labean.bellevue on Saturday from 11-3 or @slip_belltown @mixed.pantry on Sunday 🥰

The preorder website is updated with our stock so it’ll be open at Hotplate.com/sweetdreambakes until the pop up starts 💜
I’ve also added a few pick up times later in the day in Lynnwood and Shoreline too.

Treat yourself and your loved ones with these cookies that taste like nostalgia and travel for the holidays 💚💗🎄🍪🎁
