My amazing microneedling session with my Esthetician Lani @labellaskinspa at La Bella Skin in Frisco, TX. This is one of my favorite sessions to do to take care of my skin. There’s so many benefits including stimulates collagen production, reduces fine lines and wrinkles and evens out skin pigmentation. I always encourage my brides to do their facials, microneedling and dermaplane a couple weeks before their big day for that flawless makeup application!⁣ ⁣ Here’s what Lani did step by step:⁣ Step 1: Cleansed my face which felt great and preps it for the procedure. ⁣ Step 2: Numbing gel all over my face to also prep ⁣ Step 3: Microneedle session ⁣ Step 4: Cooling face cream⁣ ⁣ I can’t stress enough how important it is to take care of your skin! As we age, we lose a lot of components so it’s up to us to give it what it needs. If you have any questions or any skincare needs reach out to my girl and she’ll take amazing care of you!

💫💋 having a regimented at home, and professional skincare routine is crucial to aging gracefully while treating and preventing further damage to the skin. 💫💋 . . 😭I have to be real for a second. As a child and young adult I completely neglected my skin, although that's we're parents guidance usually comes into play... I'm embarrassed to say that I tanned in a tanning bed, on and off for yearsssssss, having not known the danger as a teenager. I wish I could take all those sunburned moments back, so unfortunately all I can do now is treat my largest organ they way it deserves to be treated. Being that I'm a Fitz 1, my skin is not really meant to be in the sun because of the low amount of melanin in my skin. Skin cancer runs in my family and that's frightening. Probably should go see my girl @houshmandmd for check ups. 😳 . . 👉With that being said, I cannot stress enough how important an antioxidant rich spf with zinc oxide is for all skin types, but even more so Fitz 1-2. I can validate that for some people, skincare and where to start is a bit overwhelming, I get it. . 🙂I want to keep it simple for all my clients, especially those newer to using medical grade skincare like what we carry in studio. . 💫My advice is, if you have skin on your face, (yes that's you) .... please use an spf 50 or above, reapply as needed. My next recommendation is a vitamin c serum like ProHeal/Super Serum from #isclinical. A night serum for gentle chemical exfoliation like Active Serum or Poly Vitamin and of course a peptide rich moisturizer. Allow us to show you the way. Book your skincare consult with myself or text Justin to coordinate a time with him so we can together help you make your skin goals a reality with a skincare regimen and treatments to build the collagen back we're losing yearly after 30. It's never to late or early to start, regardless of when that is, we're here for you and always a call/text/message away to support you! . . 💖 Always Nicole & Justin
