Hi everyone!!
I want to keep this short but I’ve decided to indefinitely pause Big Moves after this weekend’s strength class. This group has grown into something really special in the nearly 3 years we’ve been doing this and I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished together. My confidence in being a leader and organizer has grown and I’ll take this into the rest of my life (as an introvert words I never knew I’d say lol) I’ve seen so many of y’all grow in confidence and strength through our workouts and meetups it’s been such a fucking honor!

Huge thank you to all of the fitness spaces in town who were open to hearing about fat phobia in the fitness industry and for being willing to do something different. @labigbouche @solpilateswilmington @clubpilateswilmingtonsouth @9roundmasonboro @jennifermorsebland to name a few.

And our girl Morgann at @madeformorefitnessnc my biggest ride or die- 🔥WILL BE CONTINUING TO OFFER A MONTHLY PLUS SIZE STRENGTH CLASS. Make sure to follow her page- and I’ll post more info on how to sign up for that when we’ve ironed out those details.

Who knows maybe Big Moves will come back, evolved into something even more some day ❤️

Love, Alex

Our special night was made so special because of you all!

Thank you SO MUCH to all of our incredibly talented performers and collaborators! We did our best to get as many of them as we could pictured here, but there were even more beautiful faces on the wedding stage last night and we couldn’t be more inspired by the artistry and creativity that went into last night’s performance. We want to thank each and every one of you!

Thank you to all of the people who came out to support this event! The response and attendance was overwhelming, and we are honored and humbled that our community has supported us in this way. It’s because of you all that we get to keep making independent art and collaborating with other talented creators. Thank you, audience, for supporting us!

Thank you to Bourgie Nights, for supporting our vision in both hosting and marketing! We could not do our events without local venues that are able to see the value in independent arts shows.

Last night was beautiful in every possible way. Thank you to each and every person involved with bringing this vision to life 💍 we truly left it all at the altar 💒

Until next time,
- The Renegades

Introducing… our acrobats, Bunny LaLa & Dante Sinferno of La Big Bouche Cabaret!

Be ready to be amazed - these two will defy gravity just to get the best shots for their wedding photos!

Looks like Bride & Groom aren’t the only performers with wedding drama… and we have a feeling that this one is ending in bloodshed. 🩸

May 9 - Marriage & Other Atrocities 💍🔪

See you at the altar 💒

Introducing… Talula Von Hula of La Big Bouche!

A burlesque powerhouse, we couldn’t keep Miss Von Hula off our guest list.

We hear she’s picky… but she does love an audience that knows how to behave 😉
