Nobody tells you how lonely the postpartum season can feel. 💛 The Postpartum Circle exists for exactly that — a free, weekly gathering where new mamas can show up as they are. Bring your baby, your tears, your questions, your proud moments, your scary thoughts. All of it is welcome here. Stay in touch between circles with our lively private chat. Bring a friend who needs this. Facilitated by @innahenryibclc @birthingrhythm and fellow moms who truly get it. Casual weight checks and weighted feeds available. 📍 Every week @ValleyFamilyCollective in Sherman Oaks Free. Hey Cuties!! September is my birthday month, and this year I want to celebrate by giving something away. 🤍 I have two huge boxes of BRAND-NEW Carter baby clothes 0-3 months, and I’d love to get them into the hands of local families who can use them. If you’re expecting, recently welcomed a baby, or know a family who could use some extra baby clothes, I’ll be giving them away for free. No purchase, no catch, just baby clothes looking for babies. Local birth workers this is also for you and for the families you support! Come meet me at the park! Comment BABY! and I’ll send you the deets! 💖💖💖

Check out our new Weferral Guide on our website 🌟wearematrikas.com You know that provider you send every single client to because you trust them with your life? That’s not luck. That’s a Weferral. The Weferral Guide is where Matrikas members tell you who they are, who to send them, who not to send them and how we can actually work together. No guessing, no cold DM‘s, no hoping for the best, just real providers who create collaborate care partnerships. Matrikas members build this list together, one profile at a time. Want in?
