Why are we unionizing? For Carlton, it’s about providing NLIHC’s staff with the same support they provide for others! @nlihc is an organization based on equity and choice for renters. Applying that same logic for its staff makes perfect sense. #UnionStrong #Union #NLIHC #CWA #WBNG

They want you quiet. Distracted. Divided.

But history says otherwise. And we’re about to remind them.

The working class and the employing class have NOTHING in common.
They are the real minority—and they only hold power when we forget ours.

Come downtown.
Stand shoulder to shoulder.
Let our voices reverberate off the glass of their penthouse suites—the same buildings WE built—until they can’t ignore us, can’t silence us, can’t pretend we don’t exist.

We are the hands that build.
We are the force that moves everything.
And when we show up together—we remind them exactly who holds the power.
