Such a beautiful memory and one of the best days of my life. 🤍💍 The story behind the Michael Myers costume: My cousin @lizpadillamortgage threw me a Halloween-themed birthday dinner because I’m a huge Halloween fan, especially of Michael Myers. Lance arranged for someone to be dressed as Michael Myers to be at my party, then secretly switched costumes with him so I wouldn’t know he was there.

Someone he hired began singing to me, but since Lance does romantic things like that for me I didn’t think much of it and kept opening my gifts. Then Michael Myers walked up, I could tell by his build that it was Lance, but I thought he was just stopping by to say hi and have fun in the costume. I had no idea he was about to get down on one knee.

Having all my closest friends and family there made it even more special. It was the perfect surprise and a moment I’ll cherish forever. 🤍

Almost two months later and I’m finally posting this… but watching it back has me feeling all the feels. 🥹🌶️

There’s something so special about looking around a room and seeing people from different parts of your life. People who have loved you, supported you, laughed with you, grown with you, and simply chosen to be there.

41 has already reminded me just how lucky I am. Lucky to be here and lucky to live this life. And especially lucky to have people in it who mean so much to me.

Feeling extra nostalgic, extra grateful, and very, very loved. 🥹✨

Here’s to another year of life, memories, friendships, love, and never taking any of it for granted. 🤍

41, you’re pretty sweet so far. 🥂✨
