Day 5 Mush the bag
Day 6 Add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour. Mush the bag to mix the ingredients.
Day 7 Mush the bag
Day 8 Mush the bag
Day 9 Mush the bag
Day 10 Baking Day!!!

Pour the entire bag content into a Non-Metal mixing bowl.
Add 1 & ½ cup of milk,
1 & ½ cup sugar,
1 & ½ cup flour and mix well.
Measure out 1 cup each to 4 one gallon Ziploc bags. Give 3 bags to friends along with this recipe. Keep one for yourself.

To use : preheat oven 325 degrees add the following to the remaining batter

3 eggs
½ cup milk
1 cup oil
2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
1 or 2 tsp vanilla

Grease 2 loaf pans. Mix additional ⅓ cup of sugar 1 ½ tsp cinnamon, dust grease pan with half this mixture, pour the batter into the pans. Sprinkle the rest of cinnamon mixture on top. Bake for 1 hour. Cool until bread loosens from the pan about 10 minutes. If you keep a starter for yourself you will be baking 2 loaves every 10 days, the bread makes a great gift and freezes well.
