POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🌞Konishiwa dear poets! We are finally able to post the winners from our Equinox Haiku - We are so sorry. Taihen moushiwake arimasen. So very sorry and offer our sincerest apologies. We cancelled one of two Canva accounts and with it, went our Equinox Winners and poems. There are no humans manning phones at Canva, so you have to hope someone in the know intercepted your email and knows how to problem solve! Whew!! We are not saving face here, we just did not know about Canva and are still learning. Again a million apologies 🙇🏻‍♀️🎋🫶🏻
🌞The equinox brought us a distinctive, visual balance between day and night. We loved all the diversity displayed in your entries, another clever cross-section of balanced humor, seduction, creativity, and flow! It was truly a pleasure to read all of your words.
🌞We remain very thankful to all of you who participated, tagged and learned their first haiku during this bi-annual EQUINOX occasion. You just keep inspiring us to do more for you to keep your interests peeked and intend to do so for the rest of the year!
🌞Thank you to our Team Kuku hosts and a special thank you to our Guest Host @purplemoontales, who is now a part of @kuku4.haiku - so please welcome “Moon!”

LATE NIGHT CHALLENGE: Curated Community Poem Vol. VI

A Note of Gratitude

Every challenge begins with a prompt, but it becomes a poem only when others choose to answer it.

Thank you to every writer who trusted five words to carry a feeling, a memory, a confession, or the truth.

Each response arrived with its own rhythm, and together they became something larger than the challenge itself, a small archive of voices meeting in the same night.

To everyone reading this collection, thank you for slowing down, for giving these poems your attention, and for supporting the writers behind them.

A kind word, a thoughtful comment, or simply reading with care keeps communities like this alive.

My warm regards to every participant.

I look forward to reading your words again in the next Late Night Challenge.

LATE NIGHT CHALLENGE :
Curated Community Poem Vol. V

Acknowledgement

One prompt became many voices.

Every writer approached the same beginning with a different heart, a different memory, and a different darkness.
Together, these individual pieces have become a community poem, one that could only exist because each of you chose to write.

Thank you for making the Late Night Challenge a space where imagination is shared, celebrated, and remembered.

A heartfelt thank you to the Featured Writers :

Curated Community Poem : Vol IV

LATE NIGHT CHALLENGE :

Curators Note : Every line in this poem was written independently beneath a single prompt.
None of the writers knew what the next voice would say.
Arranged together, these fragments became a poem none of us intended to write.

As a curator, my role was not to rewrite these voices, but to arrange them into a single emotional journey while preserving every writer's original words.

If you've never answered one of these prompts before, consider joining the next one.
Your single line may become part of a future curated poem, where individual voices meet, echo, and create something none of us could have written alone.

My gratitude to the writers who made Curated Community Poem · Vol. IV possible:

@pratimaraj03

LATE NIGHT CHALLENGE : Curated Poem

Acknowledgement & Gratitude

Generally challenges begin with a prompt.
This one became a collection of hearts speaking in their own language.

Thank you to every writer who paused, reflected, and trusted a single sentence with a piece of their story.

Every response carried a different shade of romance, uncertainty, imagination, laughter, devotion, longing, sacrifice, and quiet resilience.

Together, your words became something far greater than a comment thread: a community poem.

As a curator, I'm deeply grateful for your time, honesty, and willingness to create alongside one another.
The writer in me has always believed that the strongest poetry grows from shared voices, and this challenge proved it once again.

If you've been watching from the sidelines, consider this your invitation.

Our Late Night Challenges are open to everyone, regardless of experience.

Sometimes all it takes is one sentence to discover a poem you didn't know you were carrying.

Thank you for making this community warmer, kinder, and richer with every line you share.

One prompt.
Twelve voices.
Infinite ways to define love.

Special Thanks :

@meganspoetryverses — Thank you for your honesty.

@richa_rain — Thank you for your imagination.

@nixdemos — Thank you for your melody.

@poetical_reflections — Thank you for your playful spirit.

@dsravenwrites — Thank you for your fearless confession.

@swathipp295 — Thank you for your unwavering devotion.

@inking.mymind.jiss — Thank you for dreaming beyond the stars.

@whispersofkheista — Thank you for expressing love that endures beyond distance.

@doxi.48 — Thank you for reminding us that love sometimes means letting go.

@labuz8669 — Thank you for bringing wit and honesty to the conversation.

@grandpa_calm — Thank you for reminding us that humor has a place in love too.

And from the curator : @_wordsofpoet0_ ,this is space where every voice mattered.

Until the next Late Night Challenge… keep writing, keep feeling, and keep sharing your stories.

LATE NIGHT CHALLENGE : COLOURS OF LOVE

Colours of Love began as a simple five-word prompt and slowly became something much more meaningful.

Each poet chose a colour, but what they truly revealed was a different way of loving.
Some saw love as a blossom, some as devotion, some as longing, some as treasure, and others as selfless grace.

Alone, they are beautiful thoughts.
Together, they become one shared poem, reminding us that love is never just one colour.

Thank you to every writer who trusted this little challenge and added your own shade to it.
Your words made this collaboration possible.

With gratitude to:

I'd love to see more voices in the next Late Night Challenge.
Every perspective adds a new colour to the conversation.

Love was never one colour. It was always a spectrum of people.

Editor's Note : Poetry Duel Night Challenge

Every line above began as an individual voice beneath a single prompt.
Together, they became something none of us intended, a shared poem stitched together by fellow writers, each leaving behind a fragment of their truth.

This poem exists because these wonderful writers chose to continue the silence instead of ending it.

Thank you for lending your words and your hearts.

⚽️Konichiwa dear friends!
We all felt the fever during FIFA and Wimbledon. So we gave you a Muki Haiku. This is the traditional 3-line, 5-7-5 syllabic, non-seasonal haiku with a kireji, which creates a rhythmic and grammatical pause, splitting the poem into two parts, while linking parallel images. A Juxtaposition.
⚽️The entries served up the true spirit of what it took to become your own champion! Whether on a grassy court, with a killer top sin for the axe and the win, or a goal off the top f a head and a bicycle kick. Language that was understood, even if it used the sports to metaphorically describe love, wisdom, humor, or character. It brought out the best writing from each and everyone of you.
⚽️We apologize for the delay, and the games concluded, and maybe your country or team won.
⚽️Always remember a haiku, with kiregi, or a Muki HAIKU, meant we liked for that pause between the first two lines, and the last. There had to be a parallel separate thought, not a continuation of the first two lines.
⚽️Here, cleverness was the name of the game. Taking charge and making clever statement. And some are excited to announce the follow winners and honorable mentions. Thank you to all of you for spreading the word. So many new writers and angles were spun. And they were enjoyable to read! Each and every single one.
**🙇🏻‍♀️Please note, if you participate, we will tag you and we do appreciate your making this possible. It is hard enough leaving anyone out. ✨🌙🎋🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼
