So incredibly grateful and proud to/of our students for their amazing performance and making this show such a success. We had a full house, sold out weeks ago and all thanks to you!!!! 🥰

Thank you to @manuelmr22 @yolanda_reyes7 @nickreyes.7 @rubi_rymenmy for all their support and trust in letting me take the lead with this one. I can’t thank @manuelmr22 enough for all his incredible manual labor from rigging to decor!!! 💪

As for me, I can always knit pick at everything I do. The fringe that decided to get stuck on my flower crown for the entire performance on show day having practiced countless times prior and it never happening is just one of the many things I can pick at. But seeing the show come together with so much support from our students, family and friends makes it all worth it ♥️ Next performance is on November 16th! You don’t necessarily need to show your skin in order to belly dance. 👉Many people wear totally covered training outfits, and even performance costumes on stage. 🤗🤗🤗Many students are not comfortable at first to show their naked belly, as well as seeing their reflections in the mirror. 🙈And that’s ok. 😜But it’s interesting to observe how this changes with time. 💃💃💃You may suddenly catch yourself with a t-shirt tucked up in order to see how exactly your belly muscles work. It comes naturally. 🤷‍♀️👉Yes, belly dance is not about showing skin, and you still can wear completely covered cloths. But the point is that with time you get comfortable with both, you learn to love and accept yourself, and be grateful for what your body can do. ❤️❤️❤️Now you have a choice, an inner freedom of how you want to view your body!🤗✅
