I’m excited to share this news, but at the same time, it’s bittersweet. I’m feeling so many emotions right now.

For the past 22 years, SkinBar has been my life, my baby, and a huge part of my identity. I started SkinBar with a simple dream: to create a cool, welcoming skincare center where everyone could feel comfortable, feel beautiful, and truly relax.

Some of my favorite memories are being behind the bar—getting to know our clients by name, hearing their stories, and working alongside an incredible team of skincare professionals who became so much more than coworkers. They became family.

Because of SkinBar, I’ve met some of the most amazing people. I’ve had the privilege of working with extraordinary individuals who will always hold a special place in my heart.

With all that being said… I have sold SkinBar.

While saying goodbye is incredibly hard, I’m also excited for what comes next. @nicole.cheney and @chrstiancheney are the new owners, and I know they’re going to make SkinBar their own. They’ll be expanding services to include Botox, IV therapy, and other medical aesthetics, opening a new chapter for the business.

I’m excited to watch them begin the journey that I started 22 years ago.

To everyone who has supported SkinBar over the years—our loyal clients, our incredible staff, our friends, and our family—thank you. You made this dream possible, and I will forever be grateful for the memories, the laughter, and the relationships we built together.

I’ll miss the bar. I’ll miss the people. I’ll miss seeing all of you.

But as one door closes, another opens.

Stay tuned… I’m not done yet. ❤️

We tried to find at least one thing each day of 2025 that we were grateful for. We would write it down on a piece of paper and throw it in the jar. On New Years, we read them to each other. Actually we just picked paper from the jar, sometimes we would get our own to read and sometimes we would get each other's. It was fun to remember back on these days.

Just remember, even when you are having a hard, hectic, or mundane day, try to to recognize something that brought you joy!

We've been sailing with Disney Cruise Lines this past week and we can't wait to share all the ✨️MAGIC✨️ with you! So many of our friends have said the Disney Magic is their favorite ship, so we can't wait to compare notes!

We are taste testing four different flavors of Lays potato chips from the House of Good Fortune in the China Pavilion, at Epcot! Obviously I have a fascination with the "Squid" flavored ones. Which one of these would you be willing to try?
