An Unrivaled milestone and defining moment.

We’re proud to announce that our Series C fundraise led by Ten Pillars Sports Fund (backed by UC Investments) has surpassed an initial $Hundred million target & is now oversubscribed at a league valuation of $SixFiveZero million.

“This raise is fueling the next stage of Unrivaled’s growth & expanding our impact across the women’s basketball ecosystem,” said Unrivaled CEO & Co-Founder Alex Bazzell.

“We’re partnering with investors who share our vision to create lasting value & greater opportunity for the best players in the world, while continuing to elevate the game for fans.”

From the beginning, Unrivaled has been built on a shared vision: empowering athletes as true stakeholders.

Today, the player equity pool—still the league’s largest shareholder group —has grown more than 550% in value & is worth nearly $Two Hundred million.

Unrivaled’s Series C fundraise includes but is not limited to investments from Carmelo Anthony, Geno Auriemma, the Berman Family, Bessemer Venture Partners, Jenny Just, Ashton Kutcher, Alex Morgan & Trybe Ventures, Dan Rosensweig & Trae Young.

“The moment for women’s sports is here,” said Jagdeep Singh Bachher, UC Investments’ chief investment officer. “Young people get it. We get it.

Anyone who’s watched Unrivaled knows this game is every bit as thrilling as any other sport out there.

We’re excited to help propel that momentum forward.”

Told my class we’d be switching into Unrivaled teams for our basketball unit…

Safe to say they were all in.

This is what happens when women’s sports are actually part of the lesson.

We stepped back into the studio after a much-needed (and long overdue) break, and it felt right.

We had an incredible conversation with @darrellbooker… and when we say he dropped gems, we mean real perspective, real insight, and real value.

Grateful he took the time to sit with us and pour into the conversation like that 🙏🏾

If you don’t feel like waiting for the official drop on YouTube, Spotify, etc…

Go check it out on our LinkedIn. We streamed it live 👀

Not sure when we’ll be back in the studio again…

But if this was the “welcome back,” we picked up exactly where we left off.
