This morning’s yoga session felt quietly special—sunlight across Shoreline, a soft ocean breeze, and a beautiful turnout of familiar and new faces coming together in community.

The weather couldn’t have been better, setting the tone for a grounded, expansive flow led with Aneta’s signature grace and presence. After class, everyone lingered in that relaxed, unhurried way that happens when people are genuinely enjoying being together.

Fresh roses and oranges from my garden added a simple seasonal touch—bright, sweet, and shared in the spirit of the morning.

More than anything, I’m deeply grateful for this circle of people who continue to show up on Saturday mornings. It really means a lot to bring together people I care about in a way that feels this relaxing, open, and real.

This week has been rough but my grandma’s words of wisdom have kept me going!!!Grandma Dixie turned 100 on February 9th and we all celebrated her and the incredible life that she has created! She is one of my biggest inspirations so when she says, “don’t get stuck in a rut and go with the changes”,
I listen! She is my heart and means everything to me and more! If you are feeling stuck in a rut, know that you are not alone. Take a big breath and go with the flow. Love you guys!!!🤍and love you grandma! @rcldjl ~100 looks SO good on you!!!🥂
