Today was truly an incredible tribute to one of the best men I’ve ever known. Jeff was such an example to all of us, and it showed in the outpouring of love, support, and generosity, as well as the large gathering today.

The speakers shared stories that made us laugh, cry, and feel so much gratitude for having known such an amazing person. It’s hard to imagine going through the rest of this life without Jeff’s smile, his laugh, his incredible presence—and of course, that mustache.

My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and kids. I’m so grateful to have known Jeff, and I feel honored to call him my cousin and my friend.

This week we lost my cousin Jeff, and it’s hard to put into words what that really means.

Jeff was the kind of person you didn’t forget—genuine, kind, and always himself. He had a way of making people feel comfortable, like you belonged just by being around him. Whether it was a conversation, a laugh, or just his presence, he made life a little better for those who knew him.

I’m grateful for the memories, the time we had, and the impact he left on all of us. He’ll be missed more than words can say, but never forgotten.

Happy International Women’s Day to the women who lift & support me day in & day out.

I was raised with all sisters & although I didn’t always love it at the time, I’m so grateful for each of them & my relationships with them.

And my mom… I don’t know how she raised us all. Truly I don’t… but everyday I am grateful for her example & in awe of the patience & love she had for us.

I also have some of the best friends anyone could ask for. Some since elementary & we have grown up together & supported each other all along the way through the good & bad.

I’ve also met soooo many other incredible women throughout my life in my work, in extra curricular activities etc & I feel blessed to call them all “mine”

But mostly I’m grateful for the “little women” (some aren’t so little anymore 🥹) that I get to share every day life with. I hope I can be an example & a guide for them throughout their lives. I am so grateful to be a #girlmom.

I’ve been thinking so much lately about how important it is to surround yourself with the RIGHT people. People who cheer you on at your lowest & celebrate with you at your highest!

The ones who hold space for you when you’re fighting to stay above water, the ones that give you tough love when needed, the ones you give you grace & the ones you see you & don’t make you question yourself.

I have been extremely blessed/lucky to have amazing friendships in my life that have filled my cup time & time again.

I wish I could tag them all but you know who you are & I don’t think I could do life without you.

Treasure your friendships.
Fight for them. True friends are worth every effort. 💕

I walked in & she was watching “Never Been Kissed” She asked if I had ever seen it & I wanted to cry! I told her it was a frequent repeat at sleepovers etc growing up!

🎥What were your favorite movies as a teen?

I LOVED 10 Things I Hate About You (but I always cry… RIP Heath…), She’s All That, Moulin Rouge, Love & Basketball (that movie was 🔥)
