Great to be back with the Commonwealth Games Squad and some of Australia’s best talents.

Missing head coach @deanrobinson5697 and Team Captain @emma_suee @locky.lawson @alex.shaw_1 @paul_trainor3

These guys have just completed 5 days of Technical & Tactical training along with testing. But more importantly they re ignited the flame for the next mission, LA Olympics 2028.

Always a pleasure training with you weapons.

A couple of hot tips when it comes to treating elbow pain ⁣
⁣
Watch the video through and make sure you’re not forgetting to address these two areas.⁣
⁣
Sometimes the painful area isn’t the only area that needs attention.⁣
⁣
These can be therapist-guided or self-guided depending on what you’re dealing with: these are simple things you can add into your management if elbow pain has been hanging around.⁣
⁣
Save this one for later and give them a go.⁣
⁣
Treat the elbow, but don’t forget what’s around it.⁣

AND DID‼️

That’s a wrap for U19 Australian Nationals in Queensland!
Grateful for @boxing_nsw for the opportunity to represent our state once again. In a division of top athletes, I’m proud to be crowned the 65kgs Youth Division Champion 2026 🥇
The level keeps rising every year and I’m here for it.

Thank you to my supporters, my home team, my friends. To my fellow athletes and to the coaches, to all my sponsors and of course to my family, especially mum and dad who are always there for me no matter what 💙

2 days out.⁣
⁣
Back to doing what I do best.⁣
⁣
After being away from teaching for a little while, I’m genuinely excited to get back in the room and talk about the two things I love most: combat sports and physiotherapy.⁣
⁣
We’ve got an incredible cohort joining us this weekend, and I can’t wait to share ideas, challenge the way we think, and help shape the next generation of combat clinicians.⁣
⁣
It’s honestly crazy to see how much this little idea has grown over the last couple of years. What started as a passion project has become something I’m incredibly proud of.⁣
⁣
Let’s get it.⁣
