April was a bit of a crazy month - navigating post prep blues, crazy hunger cues and finding a balance between socialising and sticking to the plan.

This month is all about finding my spark again - prioritising my nutrition, training, recovery, sleep and daily habits

Use this as inspiration to ensure you have an incredible month 🌸

Your reminder that we all start somewhere. 🌱

No one walks into the gym for the first time feeling 100% confident.

No one picks up their first dumbbell already knowing exactly what to do.

Progress takes time, mistakes happen, and some days will feel harder than others, but the important thing is that you keep going!

Every strong, confident person you see in the gym once felt unsure too. The difference? They didn’t quit.

Stay patient, trust the process, and remind yourself why you started.

You’re capable of more than you think. 🤎✨

Not sure where to start? Send me a DM 🤸🏽

HOW I GREW MY GLUTES 🍑

Let me first preface this by saying that it is not enough just to do Aa selection of lower body exercises. The key here is to execute the exercise well, with intensity whilst prioritising progressive overload. This when utilized in a consistent program will = results over time. 💪🏻

These are three of my favourite exercises that have been incorporated into my lower body training days in some form or variation:

1. Smith machine deadlift
2. Hip thrust
3. Glute kickbacks

Remember to be patient and stay consistent… glute growth takes time! Also don’t forget the important role that quality nutrition plays in muscle growth! 🍏

Please reach out if you have any training/nutrition related questions! My DMs are always open 💕

Just shy of 2 weeks out from my FMG debut and I couldn’t be more excited! My heart is full, energy is high (shocking I know) and soul is on fire! ⭐️

At the moment the predominant goals of my training and nutrition continue to be fat loss and muscle retention. My personal focus continues to be on my daily habits and ensuring I tick every box to ensure I step on stage not just in peak physical condition but mental as well.

2 weeks left to optimise every area of my life. The dream is well and truly alive and I couldn’t be thankful for my circle of support for giving me this safe space to pursue my dreams. I know I will do you proud 🫶🏻
