So tomorrow is the opening of the exhibition we’ve been working for a while together with @lacodos, the idea started a year ago and in the meanwhile I’ve been framing the selected sketches and exercises of this amazing artist, a very personal and delicate result came out of all this.
I was happy to see them finally all hanging there at the @sohofriends studio where we will be exhibiting, you are all welcome to come, I just need confirmation for the entrance.

ARCHITECRED
It is a series of drawings and paintings, sometimes
even animations, made with different techniques (ink
china, charcoal, pencils) on an old book of construction
treatise, forgotten in his bookstore for many years.
Painting is born from the need to communicate and is
figurative from its beginnings to quickly derive in signs
and writing.
Calligraphic art is symbolic and aesthetic expression of
ideas, concepts, actions etc., so painting a book
already written it might seem almost redundant if it
were not because the intention is to create a new
language and overlapped.
In "architrated" the verb of art steps on his feet
of architecture looking for a truce, a commitment, a
balance of signs and expression of catharsis.

#me #arte #vida #life #lifedrawing #portrait #selfportrait #ritratto
