It begins with a hand. The first photograph in this collection captures something I’ve always believed about creativity: the most beautiful things are often the ones touched by hand. The wrapping of freshly baked bread, butter made from scratch, handwrapped jars of homemade preserves, handcrafted artisan chocolates, delicate croissants, and fruit artfully arranged into trees. Every element considered, every detail intentional. There is something deeply nostalgic about food styling. Its ability to transport us, evoke a memory, create a feeling. To make the ordinary feel extraordinary. When imagining this market for the @laculinaryloft open house, we wanted to create more than something beautiful to look at. We wanted the experience to feel abundant, familiar, and quietly indulgent. A place where guests felt welcomed, cared for, and invited to linger. To me, that is the art of hospitality. Not simply what we create, but what people feel in its presence. An exploration of food, form, and feeling. A creative collaboration between @laculinaryevents and @mintgreendesign, beautifully captured on film by @isamariecreative. Made by hand. Meant to be felt.
