Had a great yarn with Jack Bentin — a young man doing some awesome things. We chatted about his connection with Spark That Chat, being part of Fortress Forty at Napier Boys’ High, and what getting uncomfortable looks like for him. Always inspiring to hear from people who are out there making a difference. #SparkThatChat #FortressForty #UncomfortableChallenge #Dunedin #GoodPeopleDoingGoodThings

Day 10 of the Uncomfortable Challenge was a different kind of uncomfortable. After RUN72 yesterday, I caught up with the Heavy Breathers for a quick chat about who they are and what they’re all about. These boys absolutely smashed it out of the park. Big shout-out to Lads Without Labels for the awesome work they’re doing. Today, I gave my body a bit of rest, edited a few videos and drove to Christchurch. Sometimes getting uncomfortable means slowing down and listening to what your body needs. #UncomfortableChallenge #RUN72 #HeavyBreathers #LadsWithoutLabels #Dunedin

Day 9 of the Uncomfortable Challenge 🏃‍♂️ Got 10 clicks in this morning, then jumped in the car and put this together to show what RUN72 is all about. Such a cool community down here in Dunedin, with the Heavy Breathers and uni students getting amongst it. Loved seeing everyone show up and being part of the energy 🙌 #RUN72 #HeavyBreathers #Dunedin #UncomfortableChallenge #RunningCommunity
