POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sunday showcased the most beautiful art of all: love! The burly fam gathered in Durham to celebrate marriage of @lady.gem.stone & Daniel! Our dear Gem, cannot believe we met in 2024 for @auroranova_burlesque showcase. You have been the big burly sis from the very beginning, always blessing us with your advice, tip top organisation & incredible sewing & lashes skills 💅(you’re simply the best you know). Would never in my life imagine that years later we would have this honour to witness & celebrate you taking the first marriage steps in your laced sparkly gown, surrounded by so many people who love you, and watching everyone revel in this gorgeous day 🫂.
From the very beginning, just before the sunset, straight out of a Disney film, we walked into the residency and spotted the bride and groom taking their photographs, surrounded by nature’s own little wonders: deer wandering through the trees, birdsong in the air, and greenery stretching in every direction (you could even spot a horse!) 🦌🌳🐰
Inside the celebrations began: the official cake cutting (TIRAMISU) followed by the first dance. Soon enough, we were dancing the night away, just as we had been summoned to do. We all waited for ‘our’ songs (mostly @auroranova_burlesque ‘s warm-up and showcase tunes) to come on so we could recreate the choreography. And although it isn’t pictured in this post (and you can thank my phone for that) almost the entire group eventually danced to Bad Romance (and Macarena earlier!) Ahh, bubbles, fire and conversations (perhaps aided by a glass or two of white wine and one cheeky Baby Guinness shot) kept us warm, glowing and very happy inside.
You see, there IS love in this world. And you @lady.gem.stone & D: carry so much of it that it radiates from you wherever you go! So let love inspire the art, too, let it keep us hopeful & brave to lust the life’s desires!
Once again, congratulations to you both.
May this be the beginning of a lifetime of beautiful things.

𓄼 Cry Party Memoir @houseofpantha Ferocious Cabaret📍 @homemcr GRATITUDE𓄼🧿

With the debut of my second act, Cry Party,
and the slightly chaotic process of bringing it to life, I found a collective effort from the real-life angels who were sent my way. So I dedicate this post to:

𓄼 @houseofpantha for accepting me onto the programme. Both @cleopantha & @darrenpritcharddance were incredibly kind and generous in helping me shape the piece. Later @lillysnatch was the sweetest during our 1-to-1 offering me so many beautiful ideas about how to frame the sensitivity of this work. I learnt so much throughout the whole programme thanks to all the wonderful teachers involved in the bootcamps hosted by @homemcr & funded by @acegrams (@lady_wildflower, @markanthony.dragking @mxcyanide @theeivygroove).
𓄼 @emmaclayton9203 DANCE TRIBE family for the best birthday gift of rehearsal slots @dance_studio_leeds
𓄼 @kimroberts_music for collaborating with me on creating the music score! We spent a whole month working on the edit making sure every detail reflected my vision!
𓄼 My housemates and seamstresses Gosia Ogulewicz and Agnieszka J. who sewed and embellished my dress according to my designs!
𓄼 @vasiadimis for being my direction & helping me select those final choreographic decisions.
𓄼 Last minute savers @ego_leeds in Leeds for the beautiful 60s french twist &
Card Factory at the Arndale Centre for fighting with the balloons 🎈
𓄼 I cannot wait for the beautiful pictures from @photoniti (who also shot my very first debut last year!) and @kezly_creative (same! Wow!).
𓄼 @napac.uk who’s fundraiser link is still in my bio & stories!
𓄼 My burly fam who came to support me & others @lady.gem.stone @misty_thistle_, @d.anarchy.official @alexradiolacey @_chlomoo_ Katie & @thistoritorix
𓄼 my peers: you were absolutely wonderful and I loved performing alongside you all! @wandavull @jadexamethyst @sebastianc.davis @lolasupernova_ @gobbydazzler @bigo_dragking @ozara_sapphire @bobbie.blaze @dakota_crush @kothurotten @sphynxie_ @jailhouse_frock

Now, it’s time to look at the Cry party through film. Enjoy 𓄼

🎂 15/08/25 🎂 Can you believe it’s been 1 year since Baby Swan hit the stage with her debut act The Diary?📖

Under the mentorship of @auroranova_burlesque I brought the very first chapter of the Diary project to life, then spent the following months developing it further. Since then I have been so blessed with incredible opportunities (including my first paid booking in February 2026! Do you remember how happy I was?!) to bring this unique genre of confessional, intimate & interdisciplinary cabaret onto industry stages.❤️‍🩹 Well, it has been a journey of nurturing this little baby in hopes it finds the people who feel it as deeply as I do ❤️‍🩹.

So, instead of another lengthy paragraph I wanted to celebrate by finally sharing some never-before-seen top-secret super-rare footage I recorded ON THE DAY OF MY DEBUT alongside my fellow performer classmates at @auroranova_burlesque’s showcase! 🎥 The FIRST OG ‘emotional baggage vs. show time’ episode of the series! 😂 it’s almost 100% raw footage!

Thank you to everyone who has been part of my Diary so far. And if you want to see what my Diary looks like currently, check out my stories this evening! 💖 Another little backstage tradition…

I cannot wait for the next adventures this baby brings me, because there are some very iconic things coming up, including the launch of Chapter Two! 👀

And as for goals & wishes for another year?
I would love to keep taking The Diary to extraordinary stages across the UK, Europe & beyond (As my latest poem says: “The world is too small for me
and I need to reach the stars.”), to keep creating and keep expanding, keep believing.

So, dear producers… if you would like to see The Diary on your stage, please get in touch! I’d love to bring it to you and make you all a part of it!

Here’s to one year of Baby Swan! 🥂
And to everything still waiting to be written!

Power lies in communities, so here’s to celebrating ours during March Matness! 🎉 (My 4th workshop, woohoo!)

Yesterday’s magic was not just about our new location (huge thanks to @dance_studio_leeds for hosting us and providing these gorgeous lights! The purple and red blend perfectly and truly set the mood of the room. Special thanks to @cerismangerdance and @yoyo_yowong for your help with the setup!), it was also made extra special by my first-ever giveaway (both @brookesilerpilates book and the capybara you see in the photo found their forever homes! 🐾).
Ultimately, the workshop beautifully intertwined with the March Matness initiative, a global movement celebrating the original mat exercises and encouraging practitioners of all levels to practice daily to build consistency and understanding of the method, and that is exactly what we did here!

Thank you all for being part of this incredible community. Let’s keep connecting, moving, and celebrating together! 💛

In the photo @jas_jbains @justinmong4 @deryabafa @serena_arci @lady.gem.stone @cmackrell_ @missholistic_pilates @lauralovesleeds @aleeext @yoyo_yowong plus Jas’ mum, Nass & Hannah! 🤩 Very sad I could not see all of us in the room but next time we will all be together! 🫂

Follow this space for future announcements soon!
In the meantime… what was your favourite moment from yesterday’s workshop? :)

Obsessed with this @auroranova_burlesque choreo from her Veil Fans Burlesque Course. Was so much fun doing a veil fan routine with such wildly different energy from my own routine.

If you want the chance to see my debut veil fan act Pretty Brown Skin Girl, I am performing it again on Saturday 14Mar26 at the Corn Exchange in Doncaster in the Star Search competition produced by the fabulous @theboobytrapburlesque

Tickets are still available (link in bio) and the line up is filled with unbelievable talent so you’ll be in for a treat!

📣How do we fight the winter blues? 📣
🗣️We keep on rolling through Mat Pilates Sequence! 🗣️

My third (!) Pilates workshop is already behind us and this time we have discussed the super hot 🥵 social media topic: contemporary and classical pilates with a handful of other industry insights (just a peek into what is happening in the pilates world at the moment).
And then we dived deep into the Mat order, adding just a pinch of new moves to the ultimate recipe!

It is so fulfilling seeing my participants grow in their practice! The increasing confidence and understanding the connection: to our centres, to our hearts, and to the method ❤️‍🩹 is so visible and it will be growing even more, as long as we keep going & keep rolling.

Thank you once again for trusting me in guiding your movement and I hope to see you in the next edition!

Ps. 1. Can you tell which exercises we added to the sequence? Or how many?
Ps. 2. Which one ☝️ looks like most fun? (Correct answer is: all of them, jk jk)

Ps. 3. My March workshop is already in making and it’s very special one, all those previously interested will receive a message this week! Otherwise stay tuned for an official announcement next week! 🙏

#throwbackthursday 💙🧿❤️‍🔥 to our sxxy family performing at @dance_studio_leeds celebration of dance ‘25 (under our burly momma @auroranova_burlesque mentorship).

I recall the adrenaline before entering the stage, the silence & then the thump of our seven inch pole shoes as we are strutting on. Ahhh, I am getting really excited for this dancing season, and I cannot wait to be even more dramatic! 😌 It just lays in my nature.

And now, if you think we are hot, do not be shy, tell us in the comments 😍

In 2026 I want to take more pictures with my Pilates girls 🧿👑

Oh you guys, last Sunday was truly iconic and I am still feeling very emotional.
Seeing you all book my classes because you genuinely like my way of teaching and want to learn me from me is priceless, thank you.
Takeaway from yesterday is to always enjoy the process of learning, and to let this passion for movement keep us alive throughout life!

Swipe for the highlights:
1. Divas taking over @vinyl_grounds.
2. Details: great music 🎶 (guess what I ordered)
3. Pilates girls back at the best venue @yorkshiredancepictures
4. Practicing the swan 🦢 extensions.
5. The prettiest smile award goes to @lauralovesleeds.
6. Happy faces ‘cause we escaped the rain.
7. Emotional finale of the workshop.

Some of the participants had to rush off so could not participate in the pictures and social, but trust me, the group was big & I appreciate every single one of you!🥺

The Seal 🦭 exercise totally took over our latest workshop and this reel is my love letter 💌 to this event, capturing exactly what the experience meant to me (and hopefully to everyone present in the room): community, friendship, sharing movement, and exchanging our energies.
Watching everyone smash the exercise in their own unique movement pattern, then coming back together to give yourself a round of applause- including those little jumps of joy and cheers: my heart ❤️ honestly cannot take it! 🧿

All 47 seconds of the video are important and capture our smiles and joy! (And wait until the end to catch some BTS moments, too!)

Truly, this was never just about the exercise, this was about community building.
Thank you for showing up with such openness and joy in your souls.

(And I hope you loved your little Christmas cards, too!)

Wishing you the warmest, gentlest holidays 🎄. May you rest, reconnect and carry this spark into the new year!

My wish? More moments like this 🙏
Keep on rolling 🦭 mwuah 💋

Missing from the pic @pastelle_babe & 3 more participants who equally smashed all the exercises! 💖

A November full of Dancing 💃

💙🧿Celebration of Dance 2025 🧿💙

Here comes the first official throwback to November’s magic ✨: presenting the sexy floorwork group, with choreography and teaching by the incredible @auroranova_burlesque.

Celebrating our sparkly selves while performing for a beautiful cause was a powerful reminder that dance is an expression of the spirit.
And that there are millions of those expressions, each being unique, each beautiful and embodied through different styles, shapes, rhythms, and creativity.
Being part of this showcase meant more than words can describe.

A huge thank you to everyone I performed with, chatted with, shared makeup or accessories with, exchanged smiles with, and bumped into backstage or in the audience, with special love to @dancetothispodcast, I loved being part of your special episode!

Shoutout to the organisers @dance_studio_leeds, the theatre staff and technicians, all the teachers, the charity @mybreastcancersupportwy, and our incredible cameraman Brian Slater.

The power is in being TOGETHER, in our collective strength and mutual support, both backstage and on-stage experiences make me want to do it with all of you again & again 💙.

Ps. This clip is one of my favourite choreo moments! So sharp, so sensual, easily heating up the entirety of the theatre! However, getting up in those 7-inch pole heels was the hardest part, but shh, no one needs to see that, glad there was a black out straight after! 😂
