Sharing this showstopper of a Cuff on the day of your 40th birthday Nelly! @lady_ylen

What a special and gorgeous birthday commission this was from your absolute babe of a wife @rebecca.eykyn to celebrate you on this milestone birthday. I loved every moment of making this and hope you enjoy wearing it.

With two feathers representing your two guardian angels that are no longer here earthside with uou. 🤍

So much love to you guys. It was an absolute pleasure to make! Commissions like this are what it’s all about for me. ❤️

Happy International Women’s Day to every single woman around the world ❤️
Yes, we still have work to do — but make no mistake, the tide is turning. We are moving in the right direction.

For years, I’ve been a proud advocate for women in spaces that weren’t built for us. Spaces that told us to sit quiet, look a certain way, or stay in our lane.

In 2014, what started as a simple radio show — celebrating the women I knew and admired — grew into something I never could have predicted.

@gtagirlstakeaction became a movement.
A safe space for women in Drum & Bass to exist unapologetically. To dress how we want. To take up space. To be seen AND heard.

GTA was the first collective of its kind — not just showcasing female DJs, but amplifying the rise of the female MC.
For too long, the narrative was: women can be vocalists, but not hosts. Not leaders. Not the voice commanding the stage.
We changed that.

Now, in 2026, I look around and see women everywhere in this industry — behind decks, behind the mic, behind the scenes and front and center. And it is truly beautiful.

To every woman in the scene — past, present, and future — thank you. Never shrink. Never question if you belong. Follow your dreams, because they will take you to places you never imagined 🫶🏽

And to every raver, promoter, and artist who believed in us — who gave us the platform and pushed our names forward — thank you. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Here’s to the women. Here’s to the movement. Here’s to the future.
