You want to be a good friend, so you say yes when you mean no. Then you check out.
Mia said she has to seclude for a day to recharge.
My coaching aha is that, every fake yes feels like an emotional debt. Your body collects it by making you want to disappear. Seclusion isn’t you being flaky, it’s how you heal.
Before you say yes, pause and ask, can I give this with love? If not, make it a kind no. Can anybody else relate? #saynomore #peoplepleasernomore #mentalhealth #energyprotection #shelleybeintentional

To my First Born, understanding the power that a Father brings to the table (Especially when it comes to his ☀️) never went unseen in my eyes, which in part could be the reason why I take being your father so serious. The purpose you have instilled in me I could never repay you for 🖤🧡 The patience you’ve led me to understand I am eternally grateful to you for, the fact that you have made it to 1 year of age being on this earth astounds me, but In knowing this to be true I dedicate my life to making sure you know what it is to Be a Man First. A Friend Second, and an all around Great Human Being throughout the rest of your life. I Love you fiercely “Chase Michael Lee Johnson” 🖤🧡🥹
