If you want me to post more Insta tips let me know in the comments

This update exists a bit longer already but many of you are struggling with the algorithm at the moment and asked me for help!

New updates can be really difficult and frustrating for us artists but here are some explanations and tips for you:

🚨your reach will be better now the more saved and shares you get!

So if you like an artist save and share their posts too )after liking it and writing a comment )

But how can you get more shares?
First of all if you share others posts they often tend to feature one of your posts too!
(If you tag us in your post we will share it too of course!)

How can you get more saves?
This is a little bit difficult.
A little trick is if you save a post of another artist you can write it in the comments and it will encourage this artist to save posts from you too because he/she/… knows they get your support too…
But don’t ask them to do it!!! This is annoying as hell!
If you follow me and tag me in your post I will save your posts too!
Basically think about what posts you tend to save and why and add these reasons to your posts!

This is some good info if want to learn and help accounts you like grow on instagram. The more people we show the reality of interactions with people and police the more we make law enforcement more transparent immediately. This is why we @alwaysfilmthepolice #AFTP #mrcheckpointcommunity #alwaysfilmthepolice #instagram

@laeeichi •EDIT: Please don't repost on your account, but story shares are appreciated!

Write in the comments more information if you have some!
Also tag people who might want to see it.

Sorry it's long, but it's important so please take a few minutes to read this and maybe share to help.

We can't beat the algorithm for ourselves and boost our account if we don't help other artists do the same.
The algorithm gets worse for art pages with every update and we've all been affected, so hopefully once posts like this spread around it gets better :>

Remember, the algorithm is always changing and adapting to our behavior. Dont try to "beat" the algorithm, you can't. Instead, try using the algorithm to your advantage.

😊✌ inspired by @laeeichi 👌

Yep, the algorithm has changed yet again 🙄 We found out from @laeeichi’s helpful info graphics (some of which we’ve included in this post) that it will now only count comments of 4 words or longer as engagement. And sometimes we’re only scrolling with half our brain, but we still want to be supportive fans of our faves! So that’s why we made these suggestions to get you started. Likes are nice but words are preferred!

As creatives on this platform (especially those of us in ✨misunderstood✨ art forms), we all need to support each other as best we can to make sure talent and important social messages get out there and are seen. For this reason, we’ve also made a ‘saved’ folder specifically to be used as a supportive action, so it doesn’t muddy up our other saves 😂

It’s such a shame that Insta is prioritising big businesses and who can pay the most for advertising, and don’t even get us started on all the marginalised voices they’re squashing in the process. The important thing is that we creatives stick together 💕

The algorithm has once again changed and is tougher for folks living in Europe. Here’s what you need to know to beat it.

Thanks to @laeeichi for synthesizing all the infos you found on the subject 🙏🏼
