The UK gave me more than just beautiful places. 🇬🇧❤️ It gave me beautiful people, new friendships, meaningful conversations, and moments I’ll carry with me for a long time.

Meeting new people, seeing familiar faces, and connecting with so many amazing souls made my stay truly special. Grateful for every encounter, every laugh, every conversation, and every memory.

What a beautiful time it has been! 🙏🏾✨

God
The One who has all of my life written in the volume of the books orchestrated every bit of this story.

She’s from God, of God, and with God. Not just a team lead. Under her guidance, I’m being spurred on to be everything God designed me to be.

And she never downplays operational excellence. Not for a second. Through her, I’m learning to see life through that lens too.

We fasted and prayed, not just to check off our religious to-do lists. We knew we were in for a ride with God, first on an individual basis, then as a team, and for the task ahead.

A lot of beautiful things happened in there. Some not very conspicuous, but most importantly, there was a work being done in us ahead of time.

Of course, not the regular kind. I remember our first meeting at Theia House. What started as a work meeting quickly became fellowship time. We prayed, I cried 😂, had a Bible study, we affirmed God’s word over our lives, laughed, ate good food, and made beautiful memories.

And it didn’t end there. Many other valiant men of unique abilities and skills joined the team along the way.

Sitting back and watching everything unfold the way it did filled my heart with so much joy. If you paid close attention to every detail of the conference, you’d know God was in all of it.

The playlists at the start of every session, the moderators, the amazing speakers, the active audience… it was all heaven’s design for the moment.

If you didn’t get the chance to be a part of it, don’t sit on the sidelines. Hop onto YouTube right this moment, and catch up on every session.

PS: I’ll be back with my key takeaways from every session.

The night before, I had seen an image of hands being laid on people, something like an impartation, an exchange. I didn’t think much of it until the next day.

I remember walking up to the stage with a stack of books on display, ready for commissioning. I planned to walk away with my own stack, since there was one book Minister Dionne was holding in her hand. I thought that was enough.

Then, somewhere along the line, we were asked to hold hands and pray for one another, and the image from the n

Same Investment . Different Legacy

A Maybach gives you an incredible experience on the road.
ELHAUS gives you a place to build experiences for years to come.

Space to live.
Space to gather.
Space to create memories.
And an asset with the potential to grow in value over time.
A home that will care for you just as much as you care for it.

The question isn’t “Which is more luxurious?”

It’s “What do you want your $400,000 to do for you?”

Experience the moment. Or build the future.

Every dream home eventually reaches a moment where you have to choose.

Not every upgrade is essential.
Not every feature adds lasting value.
Sometimes the best decision isn’t asking, “Can we afford it?” but rather, “Will this make our home better?”

The homes people love most years later are rarely the ones with the longest list of extras. They’re the ones where every decision reflected what mattered most to the people living there.

Separate wants from needs so your budget works harder, your design stays focused, and your home reflects your priorities—not passing trends.

Every decision writes part of your story. Build it wisely.

Some people don't just work in a profession—they become the very heart of it.

Throwing it back to a beautiful afternoon celebrating Dr. Morkor Newman, whose retirement was less about saying goodbye and more about honouring a lifetime of compassion, excellence, and unwavering service.

What stood out most wasn't just the speeches or the applause—it was her. Moving from table to table, greeting everyone with the same warmth and energy that have defined her throughout her career. It was a reminder that passion isn't something you clock in and out of. It's simply who you are.

A proud Akora, an outstanding medical doctor, and a woman whose impact will continue to echo through the lives of everyone she has cared for and inspired.

Congratulations, Dr. Morkor Newman. Thank you for showing us that a life of purpose leaves footprints long after the work is done. Here's to a new chapter filled with joy, good health, and even more opportunities to inspire.

It was an honour to preserve these moments.

Every home has a beginning. 🏡
For the Amponsahs, it didn’t begin with floor plans or finishes.

It began with a conversation.

Not about the house they wanted to build, but about the life they wanted to live.

Together, we listened. We imagined. We challenged ideas. We refined a vision. And step by step, that vision became ELHAUS—a home designed around the people who would live in it.

Because the best homes aren’t simply built.
They’re understood.

The Amponsahs found their way home.
Whose story will be next?

Great homes aren’t built by one person. They’re built through shared responsibility.

From setting a clear vision to making timely decisions and staying engaged throughout the journey, your role matters just as much as the process itself.

In Lesson 3, discover how taking ownership of your responsibilities leads to better decisions, smoother projects, and a home you’ll be proud of.

Great homes don’t just happen by accident. They follow a process.

Every stage—from dream to planning, design, construction, handover and finally living in your home—plays an important role in creating a place you’ll love for years to come.

Understanding the process today helps you make better decisions tomorrow.

Everyone tells you what to do after you start building.
Few talk about what you should know before you begin.

Building your home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make. It deserves more than beautiful renderings and glossy brochures. It deserves knowledge, experience, and the confidence to make informed decisions.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing insights drawn from more than two decades of experience designing homes, delivering construction projects, and developing real estate in Ghana.

From choosing the right plot of land to understanding design, budgeting, construction, handover, and long-term homeownership, we’ll take you behind the scenes of the entire journey.
