Your program shouldn’t be a one-size-fits-all packet. Every arm starts with a personal assessment, and your plan is built from there. Your whole week is in your pocket, with every drill on video, filmed in-house. No templates. No more guessing. Apply through the link in bio!

From 80–83 T85 in game ➡️ consistently sitting 85–87 in bullpens. 📈 A really productive two months for @finn.ramseyer as he heads back to @stahawksbaseball for his sophomore year. The biggest focus was refining when and how intent is applied, particularly with the arm. We also introduced the importance of posture, its influence on direction, and the space it creates for the upper half to work more efficiently throughout the throw. Great work, Finn! 🫡

@bray.ry / Brayden Ryan continues to learn how to leverage the drop. Last week PRing in a bullpen at 95 (His game PR) and sitting 95-97 in his most recent mound session. Ryan, narrow ISA, ultimate gravity leverage(r) and late turner. Once he has now established how to time up late rotation and get the rear leg to be passive it has been a smooth transition into creating easy velocity and learning more intentional ways to zone his FS and carry his 4S based on the timing of his rotation. As he continues to crush his summer weight room work and continue to learn how to leverage his structure the sky is the limit.

Luc Laviguer / @13luc13 PRs at 96 after a long difficult spring health wise. He has also added a cutter in the low 90s. FS: Avg 94.5 mph (T96), 15” IVB, 6.6” HB SW: 83 mph, -1.2” IVB, -15.5” HB After an initial unknown sickness this past offseason, Luc lost nearly 30 pounds in late January and spent the season battling to regain both his weight and strength. After three months of constant fatigue, fluctuating levels of sickness, and numerous hospital trips, the underlying cause was finally identified as parasites in his gut. With the help of a functional wellness doctor, Luc underwent a two-month-long natural parasite detox protocol while continuing to compete for the University of Rhode Island throughout the season. He has since found himself back at a comfortable playing weight and is feeling great. Recently seeing a jump in velocity after relearning his load and unload strategy in relation to newtforce data. Now his fastball is climbing up to 96 mph. He also recently added a cutter to his arsenal (90-91). Luc is also currently serving as an S&C/performance intern with us. However, we'd rather him have a playing job... Luc has always had the stuff and ability to play for an affiliate organization. A lot of things health wise during the last few college season haven't gone his way but he is proving he deserves an opportunity now.

Thomas Shurtleff /@tshurt11 is headed to the @angels! When I met Thomas at the end of the college fall this past year he had one goal. Become a professional. Thomas was struggling to get his velocity back and dealing with some nagging anterior shoulder woes. He was able to regain his fastball into the mid 9s and continued to revamp his elite sweeper profile and cutter shapes. Thomas and I dove deep week to week on his outing prep and attack plans. He continued to improve his performances week after week earning himself All-Ivy honors. Happy that @danaduquette3 shared the belief that both Thomas and I had for this to be possible. And cheers to him for crushing it on the draft/UDFA portion of this. This is the perfect cap to a legendary senior season and this opportunity is certainly well deserved by Thomas. Thomas has worked deeply for this. Couldn't be proud of where he has come.

Jett Little / @jettlittle continues to dominate and show off the work he has put in. Jett has dominated his return to throw/performance back from TJ and continues to build upon the foundation he has been setting. Up to 95 routinely this summer, Jett has also been dominating his work on the attack, command side this summer. Absolutely huge follow for this year, excited to keep seeing him mold into an elite level arm.

Aidan Cochrane / @aidancochrane_ heading to the @padres. Throughout the off-season, he revamped his workload strategies and his understanding of building into higher intensities. We also refined his movement prep and pre-throw focus to allow him to produce higher output more consistently in his pens. What has really stood out in Aidan’s progression is his ability to pick up new shapes within his arsenal as a higher-release, extended pronator. He’s improved his ability to create depth on the changeup, added a curveball variation with more depth, and significantly improved the slider. Another major focus has been understanding his ball-command strategies in relation to his movement patterns. We’ve seen improvements in his ability to locate the fastball around the zone in pens and tunnel the rest of his arsenal off an impressive and unique fastball quality. Congratulations to Aidan and his transition to professional baseball.

Michael Sharman / @michaelsharman_ is a @whitesox! Taking the road not easily traveled over the past few years, Sharm earns his right to become a professional. From Highlands to Clemson, Sharman has built an impeccable resume as an anchor starter at the highest college level. He's shown the ability to continue to develop into a future MLB LHP and has been tagged by many as their least favorite pitcher to face. Sharm has continued to evolve over the last 3 years and it's truly so special to see him get this opportunity. Blessed to have been included in this journey with him. Cheers to everyone at Clemson involved this year! Let's go Sharm!

Jason Kreiger / @jason.k07 to the @yankees! Start spreading the news! Jason has worked relentlessly to get here. After rehabbing back from TJ last year after an intial velocity and stuff jump, to now being a 98 MPH arm and a draft pick! It's been a pleasure to be a part of Jason's process. Not only on the movement/stuff development side, but on the attack mentality and planning side. Congratulations Jason! Well deserved!

Patrick Clemmey / @patrickclemmey heading to the @phillies! Last year at this time, the draft wasn't even in conversations. The entire goal and focus was to put on velocity and learn how to prepare at the college/SEC level. Bearly breaking 90 last year to routinely touching 95 this year. Patrick will probably tell you there have been days he's wanted to quit because of how I have maybe pushed him. However, Patrick took the last year with stride, completely overhauled and grew into who he is as an athlete. He's now has earned a professional opportunity. Couldn't be prouder of him and the work he has done.

Owen Kramkowski / @owen_kramkowski to the @rays! Owen truly has the potential to be one of the most complete starters in the entire draft. Over the past 2 seasons he has continued to add and adjust his attack and groom himself into being a true college Friday starter. A long way away from eating Skittles pre-game. Couldn't be happier for Owen. He's the epitome of working towards earning opportunities for oneself and also trusting on how to lean on his support systems!
