POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After a season of showcases across Belgrade, KG Radio is coming home. September left its mark, but there’s something special about returning to our own walls. We can’t wait to have you with us for a night that pushes the music to its most experimental edge.

The first sounds in the space will come from Peter Kan’s @_peterkan live set of deep, bass-heavy textures. Prasdov @prasdov follows with a guitar set — Kurs Radio co-founder turning each note into drifting, hazy layers. Then comes 8Hz — the solo project of Andrey Kim @kim_bogoslovsky , drummer in numerous collectives, arriving with his boxes of noise. Next, the floor shifts into breaks and dubstep, woven into an unpredictable, intricate journey led by our resident and curator Mimarshara @mimarshara , also known as Marko Milojević. For the finale of the night, Lagartyo @lagartyo gathers everyone around the rug in the middle of the room with tribal rhythms and leftfield grooves.

Friday 03.07 — Special event at KG Radio, curated by Chokey @chokey.wav
Crooked Sound @crooked.sound unfolds the party with a sound heavily influenced by grime, jazz and sound system culture. Then NYA @vuukelicc picks up the pace — high energy club sounds from the global south, packed with fast rhythms and heavy grooves. Lagartijo @lagartyo takes it sideways with leftfield selections built on tribal rhythms and layered textures. Azula @quiettazula closes the night — melodic, dynamic and ominous, blending deconstructed club, EDM and a range of underground genres into something you won’t easily shake off.
