We love the end of a good chapter & the beginning of a new 📝
.
.
.
Lots of first checked off my list lately: sold my biggest painting while overseas, wrapped a very successful 5 month residency at Esmé, painted the Soho cornerstones, had my first Soho House Chicago art talk w/ Threadless, experienced Art Expo in a special way & most importantly learned more about myself & my business.

we ALL want to feel better💙
Def not as easy as it looks … staying strong, staying still, staying disciplined, gosh forbid having fun + getting a good night’s sleep ✔️

• this client is a loyal gem (who gave permission to share her photos) and receives TONS of routine wellness treatments from many different types of healing practitioners, doctors, trainers etc to stay fit, feel good + tap into the fountain of youth!! ☀️

• goal: reduce sciatic/ glut/ lower back pain, result of extra tough gym workout (with the heavy ropes I believe?? I give her so much credit!) The relief is immediate⚡️

• treatment: bodywork w heat, castor oil + Chinese herbs > Gua Sha > acupuncture > stretch. All marks from built-up lactic acid dissipate within hours/ days. To learn more about this quick, amazing protocol visit www.GuaSha.com

Hola Canada! Hola World! Your Little Mermaid got the all clear baby! Tests done, ArriveCAN filled out, what a frkn experience to travel in these times!
I'm all by myself at this Gorgeous Rooftop Pool today!
Finally got to enjoy the down time I so deserved and didn't get all summer. OK it is not the Sea but it's still a body of water with incredible views!

Chicago I love YOU! You have been amazing to me! I met some amazing people here, made connections that will last a lifetime! The Staff at the Soho House here unreal, so helpful! I'm definitely coming back to explore the city when things get better.
Btw, everyone wears masks here indoors, so it feels very safe, everywhere you go, but I still didn't wander off too far from the House, and I really didn't need to!
Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go jump in the pool!

See you soon darlings sending lots of Love from the windy city! ♥️🧜🏻‍♀️🥰🧿💦😘
