Cynthia Silva aka La Grande de la Banda @lagrandedelabanda is a Chicana vocalist Banda singer and full time entrepreneur who was born in Oakland, Ca. She has created various ventures of her own.

Cynthia describes her experience in her own words, “I am seasoned in the music industry as I grew up the daughter of a musician and producer. I dable in un poco de todo. I try to do what I love as much as possible and share it with my supporters. From singing to the public, recording my albums to starting my own soap and exfoliating body scrubs, to my dog kennel, to my handmade jewelry, to my soon to come projects such as my very own tequila La Grande and Lash Line dropping soon.” Esta mujer hace de todo! #chingona

“The best three tips I can give my fellow Latinx aspiring artists, musicians and creatives is:
No. 1: Believe in your craft and perfect it.
No. 2: Qué te valga madre lo que otros piensan de ti. Haz lo que a ti te haga feliz.
No. 3: Be unique and true to yourself, don’t copy anyone. Work hard to make your own sound or color. Be your own biggest advocate and fan. Never stop promoting your art to anybody who listens. Don’t sell yourself short & always remember to be confident in your self.”
