I am so blessed to announce that I have decided to verbally commit to LaGrange College to continue my athletic and academic career! A huge thank you to Coach Mel for believing in me and giving me this amazing opportunity to play the sport I love at the next level. The Lord has been by my side through every up and down of this journey. He deserves all the glory and praise for guiding me to where I am meant to be.

I’m not usually one to go on a rant online, but I wanted to share a little bit of my story. About a year and a half ago, I was questioning whether I even wanted to play college softball. I had been knocked down again and again and told I wasn’t good enough to play with girls I had battled and played alongside my whole life.

Then, an opportunity came along that most would have turned down, but I knew it was time to go back to my roots and find my love for the game again. Playing with the girls who made me fall in love with softball when I was seven years old has given me more joy than I’ve had in years. I am forever grateful to Coach Roberto and Coach Jordyn for bringing back the player I knew I was.

To my blood and chosen family, thank you for your endless support and every sacrifice you have made to help me achieve my dreams. To my best friends, thank you for listening to me rant about softball endlessly, even when you didn’t understand. To every girl I’ve played with, every one of you holds a special place in my heart.

To all of the coaches I’ve had from 7 until now, thank you for playing such an important role in my life and helping shape the player and person I am today. Especially Coach John and Coach Brock, thank you for starting it all.

To the rest of my 2027s and the classes that follow: this process is hard, but don’t take it for granted. There is a place for everyone, whether that’s JUCO, NAIA, DI, DII, or DIII. Find the place that feels like home, with players who feel like family and coaches who want to develop you as both a player and a person. Believe in yourself even when others don’t, and most importantly, trust in the Lord’s plan. It always works out how it’s supposed to.

Extremely blessed and excited to announce that I’m officially committed to LaGrange College! I’m so thankful for this opportunity to continue my academic and softball career at the next level. I’m grateful for everyone who has supported me, believed in me, and helped me get to this point. Go Panthers!! AGTG ❤️

Got Hannah moved in Saturday and hooked up with a nice new gym down in La Grange Georgia. This morning got in 15 1/2 gassers before the sun come up,. Hope head back on Thursday. I’m grateful for a really good summer. Got some work and got to hang out with the girls now they get ready for fall semester.

Along the way, the Panthers were able to notch key victories over Covenant, Asbury and Piedmont en route to a berth in the @ccofsouth Tournament!
