A little Escalator ➡️ Moonwalker work ✨

Two movements that will humble you real quick when you slow them down and really focus on control. Staying low, keeping the core engaged, and letting the working leg do the work makes all the difference.

Still fine-tuning the little details, but whew… the burn was definitely there. 🔥

Squatober, but make it Lagree 👻🍑

All October long, I’m bringing a little extra love to lower-body work in class — with a focus on slowing it down and feeling it more.

✨ More control
✨ More time under tension
✨ More shake
✨ More burn

No pressure, no need to make every class, and no complicated challenge to keep up with. Just come when you can, move at your level, and show the glutes, hamstrings, and quads a little extra love all month long. 🤎

October schedule:
Monday — Ponchatoula | 6 AM + 7 AM
Tuesday — Hammond | 6 AM
Friday — Ponchatoula | 6 AM + 7 AM

And y’all already know I may pop up for a few extra classes in between 👀

Slow it down. Feel it more. 🔥

ONE YEAR OF @lagree985 in Amite! 🎉

One year ago this week, Lagree 985 opened its doors to the north Tangi community, and this studio has turned into so much more than a workout space. 🤍

To our clients, thank you for showing up, shaking it out, cheering each other on, and making Lagree 985 in Amite feel like home.

Here’s to ONE YEAR of getting stronger from the inside out. And many more shakes to come! 💪🏼✨

There’s always a little thrill in getting back to the basics—staying in the foundational movement longer, adding a few variations, and really slowing it down. If you ever feel like you’re no longer growing or feeling the burn, try increasing the resistance and moving with more control. Sometimes the basics are exactly where the magic happens. 😮‍💨🔥

I truly enjoy Lagree! 🤎 From creating my own routines, to taking classes with my fellow instructors, to seeing in real time how the people in my classes are getting stronger each week—it’s incredible to be a part of.

These reviews mean more to me than y’all know. They reassure me that I’m right where I’m supposed to be, doing something that truly brings me joy. 🥹💕

Real words. Real shakes. Real growth.

Working through curtsy lunge and skater variations, making little adjustments to find where I feel it the most. My favorite part of creating a routine is trying it myself first—feeling what works, what flows, and what brings the best burn. 🔥🤎

This one looks smooth… but that burn says otherwise. 🐻🔥

Reverse Flying Bear brings the core, shoulders, and upper body together for one seriously spicy full-body movement. Slow, controlled, and stronger with every rep.

Come spend a day with me teaching Lagree! ✨

6:00 AM — first class
6 classes later…
7:15 PM — last class done

In between.. coffee, playlists, demos, cleaning, shaking muscles, sweaty clients, lots of laughs, and approximately 47 “you’ve got this!”

It’s a LONG day, but getting to do what I love with so many amazing people makes every minute worth it.

A little peek into a day in the life of a Lagree instructor.
💪🏼✨🤍
