🍍✨ Hustlers Peace Good Evening ✨🍍

Good evening, family! 🌙

A couple of days ago, I made those pineapple spears with coconut water and natural flavors, but I didn’t add the Kool-Aid because I knew I’d end up wanting to add sugar. 😅 As many of you know, I’m living with Type 2 diabetes, so I’m always looking for healthier ways to enjoy my favorite treats. 💛

Instead, I added turmeric, cayenne pepper, a pinch of black pepper, liquid ginger, liquid turmeric, and chia seeds to the pineapple… and let me tell you… 🤤🍍 IT TASTES AMAZING!

I’ve been drinking this mixture every night, so I figured, why not soak my pineapple in it? Best decision ever! 🙌🏽

If you’re living with Type 2 diabetes, watching your sugar intake, or just looking for a healthier snack, give this little hack a try. You just might love it! 💛🍍

Have a beautiful and blessed evening! 🌙✨

Hustler’s Peace Good Evening ♊💋

THIS YA GIRL CARMILLA “WHOSCARMILLA” BIG RED FROM THE LBC… and baby let’s just say a REAL ONE made it to the “55” today! 🎉🥂

I done been through hell, back, sideways, upside down, lied on, counted out, talked about, overlooked and still came out standing TEN TOES DOWN. God kept His hands on me even when I had my own self stressed out. Through the streets, the tears, the betrayals, the pain, the disappointments and them nights I ain’t think I was gone make it… I’m STILL HERE. PERIOD. 💯

And let me make something clear… I ain’t looking for nothing old and I ain’t chasing nothing new neither. Because these days if it’s gone cost me my peace, disturb my spirit, play with my mind, drain my energy or have me out here looking crazy… YOU CAN STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ME and that’s it and that’s all. 🚫

Tonight we taking shots… but baby it’s SOURSOP over here from the @lahealingbar 😂🥃💚 because healing, health and protecting my spirit is the new flex.

If it’s on your heart to bless a real one for her birthday you surely can: 💵 $cme213

But honestly… prayers, strength, genuine love and good energy mean more to me than anything. I survived too much not to appreciate people that truly pray for me. ❤️

Hustler’s Peace Good Evening 💚✨

So yesterday I went to the LA Healing Bar @lahealingbar and got the PLK cleanse which is the Pancreas • Liver • Kidney detox 🌿🍵

Let me tell y’all something… I woke up feeling AMAZING 🙌🏾
I slept good 😴
I woke up energized ⚡
And overall I just felt GOOD from the inside out 💚

Now listen… it is NOT the best tasting thing in the world 🤣 but stop thinking about the taste and start thinking about the BENEFITS 👏🏾 Your pancreas, liver, and kidneys work hard for you every single day, so sometimes your body needs a reset too.

If you’re dealing with low energy, feeling sluggish, bloated, or just want to detox naturally, ask them about the PLK cleanse 🌱 Trust me… you’re going to thank me later 😉
