A picnic, family, sunshine... and my sister visiting from Ohio meant it was time for a Fourth of July picnic ❤️🤍💙

The little moments are the ones we'll remember, so I'm all for making choices that help protect the beautiful places where those memories are made. We loved celebrating with @mattercompostable - their cups and cutlery are seriously such great quality.

Hope you all had a safe and memorable weekend. ❤️🌎

Come to hot pilates and Chop5 with me on this cozy Monday 🙂‍↕️ They just came out with their smart portion menu and I am obsessedddd. I got 2 tofu bowls, one with rice and the other with brussels sprouts. SO perfect for the post-workout gains.

Try it out and let me know what you think 💪

If you know me, you know i’ve been addicteddd to @chop5saladsbowls lately!! We tried the new brussel sprouts sweet potato bowl, a classic southwest salad w/tofu, & a roasted red pepper soup🤤 Perfect fuel after a heated workout, you already know i’ll be back so soon !!

Back at Chop5! My fav local spot for salads, bowls, & healthy wraps. Also got to try out their butternut squash soup for the first time, 10/10 - perfect for the weather in Columbus right now 🍂

Swipe for some meal details. I’ll definitely be back for all of these, it was especially great how they could replace all of the chicken with tofu or avocado! Best spot for some healthy fast-food ✨

Pottsaritaville 2025 - One last summer splash ☀️ A weekend at the lakehouse filled with laughs, late sunsets, and memories we’ll hold onto for a lifetime. Grateful for this little final adventure and the people who make it possible.

🌟 How I maintain a healthy lifestyle while traveling! 🌟

When I'm away for the weekend, booking a Sunday evening fitness class is my savior!! It is the best motivator to work out & lets me start my week off on the best note.
Butttt, nothing is worse than coming back from out of town and seeing that you forgot to order groceries </3 That's why I love CHOP5

Fully customizable, fresh, delicious, and filling. Seriously the best way to recharge after falling out of routine, and exactly what I needed after an intense evening lagree class.
Check the comments below for my full order and let me know how you like it!! Thanks for having me CHOP5, you'll definitely see me soon 🥗

🎥 Movie night, but make it magical! We turned our living room into a mini movie theater... tickets, play money, snacks, and all. Watched Minecraft (PG rating was very accurate, definitely had some jokes I didn't love in a kids' movie). But the kids had a blast, Alisha got to see some of the references kids were making at school, and the grownups were more into it than expected!

We will definitely be doing more of these at home over the summer, too!

I went to CHOP5 for the first time and it was great!!

I created my own salad with romaine, corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, chickpeas, shrimp (available during lent), and lemon cilantro / avocado green goddess dressings!

I’ll definitely be back soon <3
