I’ve had so many people ask about my travels these past 3 months, so I figured it’s finally time to share what I’ve really been doing.
I had the opportunity to volunteer at an orphanage in Romania with children who have severe mental and physical disabilities. None of them can speak, and most are bedridden.
These children changed me forever and taught me patience, gratitude, and just how privileged I truly am. Saying goodbye to those sweet faces was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do.
Thank you to my favorite kids for letting me love you, thank you to my Romanian mother Gabi for being the sweetest soul, and thank you to ILP for the experience of a lifetime.
Unfortunately, for the children’s safety and privacy, I wasn’t allowed to share photos of their faces — so here are some photos from around Iași instead. 🇷🇴

The absolute hardest goodbye.
I’ve had a lot of people tell me how amazing it is that I’ve been traveling so much, so I figure it’s about time I share what I’ve really been up to the past 3 months!
I had the opportunity to volunteer at an orphanage in Romania with the most incredible kids. These kids immediately stole a piece of my heart that will stay there forever.
I don’t think I will ever find the words to describe what this experience means to me and what it has taught me. Thank you to my favorite kids for letting me hangout with you everyday, thank you to my Romanian mother Gabi for being the sweetest human to ever walk this planet, and thank you ILP for the experience of a lifetime 💙💛❤️
