Dear Elberta Volleyball,

Thank you for giving me my bestest friends and greatest memories. Through the injuries, the laughs, the sweat, and the tears you have showed me what it means to be a part of something bigger than myself. To show up for the people around you. The community God gave you. Thank you to both my parents and every coach who always supported me and pushed me to be the best version of myself I can be. I thank Jesus every day for giving me a body able to play a sport that I love and being surrounded by people who make me happy. Stepping off the court the last time as a player, representing Elberta High School, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the last 6 years. Thank you Jesus. #17out✌️

the best decision I’ve ever made!

If you would’ve told me a year ago all the things God would do in my life, I never would’ve believed you. He has completely transformed my heart and the way I see the world. He’s shown me that his love is everywhere in every conversation, every act of kindness, and every person he places in my life. He has filled my heart with a joy and peace that only he can give.

He has shown me what it truly means to follow him. He’s given me a new purpose, taught me to find him in the little moments, and continues to shape me into the person he created me to be. I’m far from perfect, but I’m so so grateful for his grace every single day.

Getting baptized is my way of telling the world that I’m choosing to follow You, Jesus. Thank You for changing my heart, giving me all of my amazing people, and showing me what true joy looks like. My prayer is that you continue to use me to love others the way you love them, spread your joy, and point people to you. I trust you with whatever comes next. I love you, Jesus!
