Hormonal Fat Loss & Skincare Helping 40+ y/o women balance hormones conquer weight gain

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

January 1st isn’t a magic wand, y’all! 🪄😂

Every year, we tell ourselves…

“Next year, I’m going to start that business.”
“Next year, I’m going to invest.”
“Next year, I’m going to get serious about my finances.”
“Next year, I’m finally going to make that move.”

But here’s the thing…

What’s stopping you from starting NOW? 👀

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t need everybody’s approval. And you certainly don’t have to wait until the calendar gives you permission.

Sometimes the biggest shift isn’t about having more money, more time, or more resources.

It’s about making a DIFFERENT decision.

Because the same choices will keep producing the same results.

And listen, I’m not just talking to y’all. I’m challenging myself, too! 💛

We’ve still got time to make meaningful moves before 2027.

So let’s talk: What’s ONE thing you’ve been putting off until January that you could start working on TODAY? 👇🏽

I’m curious to see who’s choosing action over another New Year’s resolution.

☀️ HAPPY SATURDAY, Y’ALL! 💛

Okay… quick question before you get into your Saturday activities. 😂

How many times have you said:

“I’ll start saving Monday.”
“I’ll work on my credit Monday.”
“I’ll look into investing Monday.”
“I’ll finally get that life insurance Monday.”
“I’m going to start looking for an investment property… Monday.”

Meanwhile, Monday is like… why am I always getting dragged into this?! 😂

Here’s your Saturday reminder: You don’t need a Monday, a new month, or a New Year to start making better money moves.

Sometimes building wealth starts on a random Saturday when you’re drinking your coffee, scrolling your phone, and suddenly decide…

“You know what? It’s time.” 💰

You don’t have to change everything today. Just make ONE move that your future self—and your family—will thank you for.

Now go enjoy your Saturday! ☀️

But before you go… 👀

**What’s ONE financial move you’ve been saying you’re going to make “Monday”? 😂👇🏾

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” — Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Dr. King reminded us that justice is not selective. It is not conditional and it is not optional.

Racial injustice anywhere weakens freedom everywhere.

Silence in the face of inequality allows it to grow.

Comfort without conscience delays progress.

Today is not just about remembering a speech or a moment in history it’s about honoring a movement that demanded courage, sacrifice, and action.

Each of us has a responsibility to stand for fairness, dignity, and equal opportunity.

To challenge systems that harm instead of heal.

To speak up when voices are ignored.

To protect humanity when it is threatened.

The work is not finished.

The call still stands.

And the time to act is always now. May we fight for equality with intention.

May we confront racial injustice with courage and may we carry this legacy forward not just today, but every day.

✊🏾🖤

Hey hey hey y’all… look 👀

It’s Sunday Reset, and if you’re a government employee gearing up for Monday, come in close because I’ve got you.

This week? We’re walking in prepared, balanced, and on purpose not frazzled, not overwhelmed. You deserve better than that.

Here’s your little reset ritual:

✨ 1. Set your intentions.
What do you want your week to feel like? Peaceful? Productive? Purpose-driven? Name it.

✨ 2. Map out your must-dos.
Not everything is urgent. Not everything deserves your energy. Pick the top 3 things that will actually move your life, your money, or your peace forward.

✨ 3. Prep your space + your spirit.
A clean desk, a packed lunch, a charged badge, a charged mindset all of it matters. Clear the clutter so your mind can breathe.

✨ 4. Give yourself grace.
Going back into that building tomorrow doesn’t mean losing yourself. Protect your energy and take your power with you.

✨ 5. Lean on your tools.
AI, planners, timers, automation anything that saves you time and restores your sanity is fair game. Work smarter, not harder… you know the vibes.

This week, we’re choosing focus over chaos, peace over pressure, and alignment over burnout.

You got this, and I’m right here cheering you on. 💛
Drop a “READY” if you’re walking into Monday with intention.

Do you buy frozen waffles or do you make them from scratch? The Eggo waffles he had yesterday were so hard I couldn’t cut them. Homemade waffles are the best. What do you think?

Are you letting food expire that’s in your pantry that you could donate? If your pantry is full and you know that you’re not going to eat half of that within the next two months, consider donating it. 😊
there are many people who don’t have food, and if we have food that we’re not going to eat why not share it with someone that we can help.

Also, many organizations need help with packing boxes & organizing donations! If you have a few hours on a Saturday morning, it will only take three or four hours! Try it you just might like it!😊I do!!@hyppecenter
