Summer 2025 • New Hampshire Ahhhhh!!! There is no excuse for how long it took me to post this. We’re emptying out the archives! Rewatching this reel made me smile so big, remembering the excitement we all had when we first arrived at camp as counselors, how quickly we became friends and leaned on each other when things got a little overwhelming, all the the silly songs we had to memorize, the trips we took on our days off, EVERYTHING! It’s been a year and a half and I still think about being back at Wico with you guys. You guys made me feel confident in who I am and I miss your spirit! I know I’ll see y’all again, little Geezers!

The day is done, and my time at Camp Wicosuta is over 💚💙

This summer, I’ve had the opportunity to work at Camp Wicosuta in rural New Hampshire. It has taught me to love but has also challenged me to be the best version of myself. There were times I laughed, times I cried, but there’s a lesson to be learned in which I would not have understood without experiencing it myself. Not only have my connections with both kids and staff members grown, but so has my confidence. I started with doubts I would make it through the summer, but by the end, I felt as though I could conquer anything.

Thank you for those I met along the way, my friends. Thank you to my people back home cheering me on when I am down. Thank you, Wico, for teaching me everything you possibly could.
