💜🎳 FLASHBACK FRIDAY: REFLECT. REALIGN. REFOCUS. RECHARGE. ✨

A little strategy, a little fellowship, and a little friendly competition!

This #FlashbackFriday, we’re looking back at TCYouth Inc.’s Annual Strategic Board Retreat, held on Sunday, Sept 27, 2026 at Bowl America bowling alley in Woodbridge, VA!

Our board took time to evaluate our accomplishments and challenges throughout 2026, discuss what we need to STOP, START, and CONTINUE, and strategically plan for the remainder of 2026 and into 2027.

Beyond the planning, we enjoyed good food, bowling, laughter, and fellowship with the board members able to join us! 🎳💜

Because strengthening our impact starts with strengthening our team.

Here’s to purposeful planning, continued growth, and creating even greater opportunities for the youth and communities we serve! 💜✨
