✨Part Two✨
I’m so excited for the Teen Fantasy Ball happening tomorrow in Lakeland, FL hosted by @sofiasimpsonauthor ! All of these authors are sponsors and will be featured in the pamphlets that will be handed out to every student attending! I’m so excited to share these amazing no spice authors with these kids and hope they find some new favorite authors! 👏🏻

I had to break this into two parts since we had so many amazing authors sign up to sponsor 🥹🫶🏻 Make sure to check out the authors in part one as well! A huge thank you to all the authors!!

Do you see any favorites or new to you authors to try??

**Edit: here is the correct blurb for slide 4 for Convergence!
In an underground city, eighteen-year-old Lennon faces the Convergence, a ceremony that determines whether she gains magical power or is exiled to a supposedly deadly world above. When she discovers the truth behind the Regime’s lies alongside exiled leader Slade, Lennon must choose between her beliefs, the people she loves, and the truth that could change everything.**

Jax Book Fest today was awesome! Got a book haul, some extras and all our books signed by the authors. It was an amazing day meeting all the authors who participated.

@lainke_writes was the sweetest! Can’t wait to start her book (neither can my daughter!)
@authorcgcoppolawrites was so fun to talk to. She sold my daughter and I on her book Into the Wild. Can’t wait to read it and share how amazing it is with you all.

They are still open and running at the Jax Main Library. We talked to so many of the authors but these were the books that stuck out to me. Our group all got different books and we tried to support as many different authors as we could. Go meet some great authors and find your next read!!!

What if when you sleep, your dreams are real?

Every time you thought you were awake, it turns out to be another life, another world… and you have to survive it.
Would you look forward to falling asleep, or fight to stay awake?

BLURB:

In 2099, 1 billion people died before the sunrise...
Their bodies were found unscathed, all with a permanent, unnerving grin.
No one, not even the most renowned scientists, had an explanation. No one except the omniscient.

They are aware of Kalpana; the realm hidden by the illusion of dreams, remnant of the time when humanity rebelled against their creator.
Now, Maya is one of them.

But when this leads to more questions than answers, and lies become necessary for survival, Maya must solve this one mystery: why is she aware, and who is to blame?

Omniscient follows 16 year old Maya, fifteen years after the Harvest, when a billion people died suddenly and mysteriously with a grin on their faces. Maya struggles to live under the guardianship of Broth, who treats Maya like an indentured servant, but eventually finds herself in the care of the Chance Refuge, though Maya finds life at Chance just as hard as life under Broth. However, Maya has a secret, when she sleeps, she finds herself in the abandoned realm of Kalpana, but how does Kalpana connect to Chance and the other children at the refuge?

Omniscient earns a 7/10 for smooth prose and excellent world building.

Recommended for fans of dystopian YA fiction.
