Today’s workout was INTENTIONAL. 💪🏽✨

I sweated.
I pushed myself.
I wanted to stop… but I kept going.
And I GOT IT DONE. 🙌🏽

And honestly? With everything I have going on and everything I’m juggling, I’m proud of myself for making the decision to pause and prioritize ME.

Because sometimes we’re so quick to say YES to everybody and everything else… that we forget we deserve a YES too. 🥹💕

So ladies, this is your reminder:

✨ Say YES to yourself.
✨ Say YES to your wellness.
✨ Say YES to movement.
✨ Say YES to rest.
✨ Say YES to the things that pour BACK into you.

You don’t have to do everything. You don’t have to have it all figured out. But you DO deserve to make yourself a priority, too.

Today, I chose me. And it felt GOOD. 💕✨

Now go ask yourself… “Where can I say YES to ME today?” 👀💗

HELLO OCTOBER. 🍂

And just like that… we’re entering the final quarter of 2026.

The countdown is on.

We’ve worked. We’ve grown. We’ve stretched. We’ve learned. We’ve released. We’ve started over. We’ve kept going.

Now it’s time to finish this year with intention, grace, patience, and purpose.

This quarter isn’t about doing MORE.

It’s about being more intentional with what already matters.

✨ Protect your peace.
✨ Prioritize your wellness.
✨ Stay committed to your goals.
✨ Make room for God to lead you.
✨ Finish what truly matters.
✨ Release what no longer needs your energy.

Our Q4 theme:

FINISH STRONG, SOFTLY. 🤎

Same woman.
Higher standards.
Bigger vision.
Softer energy.
Greater purpose.

Welcome to October.
Let’s make these last three months count. 🍂

What are YOU choosing to focus on for the final quarter of 2026?

🌿 MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY | LISTEN TO YOUR BODY 🌿

Movement and mobility can change your mood.
It can shift your mindset.
It can calm your body and help regulate your nervous system. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

I started my day with yoga and stretching, and I feel REFRESHED. 💚

But today, I want to remind you that movement doesn’t always have to mean an intense workout.

Sometimes your body needs a walk. 🚶🏽‍♀️
Sometimes it needs a good stretch. 🧘🏽‍♀️
Sometimes it needs more water. 💧
Sometimes it needs rest. 😴
Sometimes it simply needs you to slow down and listen.

Pay attention to what your body is telling you.

Are you feeling tight or tense?
Stiff?
Anxious or overstimulated?
Tired?
Restless?

Instead of pushing through everything, pause and ask yourself:

✨ What does my body need from me today?

Our bodies are designed to move. When we intentionally stretch, walk, mobilize our joints, and engage our muscles, we support circulation, oxygen flow, mobility, and our overall well-being.

So today, don’t just move because you think you should.

Move because you’re listening to yourself.
Rest because you need it.
Hydrate because your body deserves it.
Stretch because you want to feel good in your body.
Give yourself permission to honor what you need. 🤎

And if you need support, encouragement, or an accountability partner along the way, come join us inside the ElevateHer Wellness Collective. 🌿✨

🔗 Click the link in our bio to learn more and join us.

Your body has been communicating with you.
Today, take a moment to listen. 🥰

✨ HAPPY FRIDAY, LADIES! ✨

As we head into the weekend, I want you to remember one thing…

WE’RE STILL LOCKED IN. 🔒💗

September is our Surrender September — the beginning of our Lock In Challenge for the remainder of 2026.

This weekend, give yourself permission to REST. RESET. RELAX. REFOCUS. 🌸

But don’t forget to SURRENDER + RELEASE.

Surrender to the opportunities that are stretching you.
Surrender to the growth that’s happening within you.
Surrender to the healing.
Surrender to the discipline that’s going to move you closer to your goals.
Surrender to EVERYTHING that’s going to help you become the best version of yourself. ✨

And release what no longer serves you…

Release the procrastination.
Release the inconsistency.
Release the fear and self-doubt.
Release the distractions.
Release the habits that keep you stagnant.
Release anything that keeps you playing small.

Make room for abundance. Make room for alignment. Make room for YOU. 💗

If you’ve been struggling to stay focused, consistent, or accountable with your wellness goals… if you need support growing your business… or if you simply need a safe community where you can pour out AND be poured into — I’m here. 🤎

You can contact me directly, click the link in my bio to book your FREE Discovery Call, or join the ElevateHer Wellness Collective. 🌸

I’ll be out of town this weekend, but just know… WE ARE STILL LOCKED IN. 🔒

Have a beautiful, safe, peaceful, and intentional weekend, ladies. 💕
Rest without guilt. Reset without starting over.
And come back Monday ready to ELEVATE.

Surrender September. 🌸
The Lock In Challenge. 🔒
We’re finishing 2026 DIFFERENT.

🌸 HEY SIS, LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF… 🌸

I’m Asia, founder of ElevateHer Wellness Collective 💕 — and I created this community because I know what it feels like to pour into everyone else while sometimes forgetting to pour back into yourself.

That’s why I wanted to create a SAFE SPACE for women to come as they are, grow together, and become the best version of themselves—DAILY. ✨

Inside the ElevateHer Wellness Collective, you’ll find women who are on their own wellness journey too. Women who are ready to:

🌿 Prioritize themselves without guilt
🧘🏽‍♀️ Focus on their mind, body & overall wellness
💗 Be supported and poured into
🔥 Stay accountable to the goals they’ve set for themselves
🤝🏽 Connect with like-minded women
🌱 Grow, evolve & elevate together

Because sis… you deserve a space where YOU get poured into, too.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up for yourself. 💕

If you’re ready to stop just surviving and start THRIVING & ELEVATING, I’d love to have you inside the Collective. 🌸✨

Come grow with us. Come heal with us. Come elevate with us.

💗 ElevateHer Wellness Collective
Where women come to pour into themselves, connect, grow & ELEVATE.

🌿 SURRENDER SEPTEMBER — DAY 3

We’re only 3 days in, but today I want you to pause and ask yourself: What am I still holding onto that I’ve already outgrown?

Sometimes the next level doesn’t require us to do more… it requires us to release more. 🤎

Release the habit.
Release the negative thought.
Release the draining connection.
Release the need to overwork.
Release the fear.
Release the version of you that keeps choosing what’s familiar over what’s healthy.

Today, make room. ✨

Make room for more peace.
More discipline.
More wellness.
More joy.
More purpose.
More YOU.

And remember, surrender doesn’t mean giving up. It means trusting yourself enough to let go of what is no longer aligned with where you’re going. 🌿

DAY 3 CHALLENGE:

Release ONE thing today.
Write it down. Say it out loud. Pray over it. Then make a different choice.

👇🏽 Drop it in the comments: What are you choosing to release today?

Surrender to your future self.
SHE IS READY TO ELEVATE. 🤎🌿

This morning, during my meditation and yoga, I found myself in deep reflection… and I realized that sometimes surrender isn’t about giving up. It’s about letting go of what no longer serves you so you can fully step into who you’re becoming. 🙏🏽✨

I’m surrendering to consistency.
I’m surrendering to discipline.
I’m surrendering to the hard things I know I need to do.
I’m surrendering to better habits, better environments, better energy, and a better version of ME. 🤎

And that’s what Surrender September is all about.

September kicks off our 4-Month LOCK IN for the rest of the year. 🔒✨

We’re not waiting until January.
We’re not starting over.
We’re locking in NOW.

Our wellness. 🧘🏽‍♀️
Our health. 💪🏽
Our businesses. 💻
Our finances. 💰
Our families. ❤️
Our goals. 🎯
Our peace. 🕊️

And one of the biggest things that will help us get there? CONSISTENCY.

Create the routine. Keep the promises you made to yourself. Show up even when you don’t feel like it. And keep choosing the woman you said you wanted to become.

It is NOT too late to elevate. ✨

If you’re ready to surrender, lock in, and finish this year stronger than you started… COME ON, LET’S GO! 🔥

And if you need support, accountability, and community, come join us inside the ElevateHer Wellness Collective. 💕
Need more personalized support? My FREE 15-minute Discovery Calls are open for booking. Let’s talk about what your next level looks like.

Surrender what no longer serves you.
Commit to what will.
And ELEVATE. 🌿✨

🌿 SURRENDER SEPTEMBER — DAY 1 🌿

September 1st. We’re officially LOCKED IN. 🔒✨

This month, we’re not just setting goals—we’re surrendering to the woman we’re becoming.

It’s time to release what no longer serves us:
🚫 Bad habits
🚫 Bad company
🚫 Bad energy
🚫 Negative thoughts
🚫 Distractions
🚫 Procrastination
🚫 Anything that keeps us stuck

LET. IT. ALL. GO. 🗣️🌿

We’re staying focused.
We’re staying consistent.
We’re honoring our health and wellness goals.
We’re keeping the promises we made to ourselves.
And we’re choosing progress over perfection.

Because SHE IS READY.
She’s been waiting on you to make the decision.

✨ Surrender to your future self.
✨ Surrender to your growth.
✨ Surrender to your elevation.

September is the month we RELEASE. RESET. RECOMMIT. & RISE. 🌿

Are you ready to SURRENDER? 👀👇🏽
