𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐃 𝐎𝐔𝐓❓

It’s always a pleasure to present to our future leaders at @jasouthflorida . Felix Collazo, the program director for the pre-apprenticeship program, emphasizes the importance of building a marketable reputation for the program participants. So, I was honored when asked to come in and lead a conversation about the topic.

This presentation covers how reputations are built, where they’re being managed, and how they can potentially be destroyed. This group was particularly curious about how much a good reputation really pays.

𝐍𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐏....𝑖𝑡 𝑝𝑎𝑦𝑠 𝑤𝑒𝑙𝑙!

One of the participants caught a glimpse of the training session, during which we discussed and compared the potential return of being average to the potential return of being 𝐸𝑋𝑇𝑅𝐴-ordinary.
𝐀𝐍𝐃
How getting on the “𝗬𝗘𝗦” side of their reputation (𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑛𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑟) and leveraging it can create endless opportunities to bust through the glass ceiling.

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐎𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐇𝐀𝐒 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐔𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔❓

Social capital is 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐇 💵, and our reputation is one thing we can’t risk losing.
If you’re looking to gain more opportunities by building a sticky reputation. Let us stick our nose in your business to find your sticky potential 😊

Thank you 🙏🏾 @lajanshots for capturing this clip.
