What began as a group of strangers became something rare — genuine connection. The kind built on shared moments, laughter, trust, and being fully present with each other. After the tour ended, they sent me a song they’d made up — thoughtful, funny, and deeply personal. A reminder that the best parts of travel don’t always end when the journey does. Two years on, we’re still connected — visits, road trips, friendships that crossed borders and time. Some guests don’t just travel with you. They stay with you forever. And this is the part of my job I love most 🤍 . . . #grouptravelconnectionandfriendships #over50travelsoloandgrouptours #tourguidelifeandmeaningfulmoments #travelcommunitynotjustatrip #lifelongfriendshipsthroughtravel

Embarking on a nearly six-week adventure with 18 strangers in a faraway country is a leap into the unknown — but when it all comes together, it’s pure magic. I’m so lucky that my tours turn out just like this. The connections formed, the shared experiences, and the lasting bonds are unforgettable. A video sent to me today from two of my guests on my last tour is a perfect testament to it all. Thank you @karen63123 and @lakechamplainkitenwing for the bestest gift ever! This is on par with the Vegemite serenade maybe better…. Sorry girls
