First short course 2-day meet of the season… mixed in with a Bruno Mars concert… Keira showed up and kept her high-point goal in focus… way to go Bug! 🐞🏊‍♀️🐉

I am overjoyed to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Florida State University!! I am incredibly grateful for Goller, coach Ali, all my amazing friends, Cynthia, and my family for supporting me through this journey! I would also like to thank coach Kyle, Coach Ben, and coach Neal for giving me the opportunity to make a life long dream become a reality. I am so beyond excited for what the future holds and cannot wait to get started in Tally. GO NOLES! ❤️💛🍢♾️

Championship training is a constant grind! Here at the Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center, teams like the Windermere Lakers train throughout the year, maintaining the champion mindset and preparing elite swimmers to compete at a national level. Visit their page for more information. @lakeraquatics A swimmer competes in a pool with red and white lane dividers. Onlookers stand at the pool's edge. A digital clock displays 33:04. 🌟 ORCA MID-TERM LEADERBOARDS 🌟

It must have been Christmas 🎄 in July because we were like Santa 🎅 by checking our lists TWICE ✅

📅 The annual Mid Term Leaders are for performance up until June 30, 2026

📈 Each score is based on the national leaderboards (special thanks to SwimStandards for helping us compile the raw data).

💫 Some swimmers appear on multiple lists due to age criteria.

⭐️ CONGRATULTIONS to all the swimmers, their coaches, their clubs, and their LSCs inside of @usaswimming

☑️Make sure to give us a follow to see more ORCA updates, share this post, tag your friends who made the list or your friends trying to make the next update, and don’t forget to tag your club 🙌

⁉️ We are still working on a Q&A session where we answer all your questions about the ORCA Awards, the new scoring system, and anything else about ISCA so post all your questions in the comments ↙️⬇️↘️

2026 Florida Summer Age-Group Championship

Bittersweet weekend for @keira_druck_swims as she travels to @swimfloridafast for her last FLAGS…. From Thursday to Sunday she will compete in the 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500 Free and 100 Fly along with four @lakeraquatics team relays: 200, 400 Free and 200, 400 Medley. Doing both prelims and finals, Keira will swim over 4200 competitive meters.

Day 1 Prelims
100 Free, Personal Best and new Futures cut with a sub-minute time of 59.10, qualifying in second place for finals
200 Medley Relay - Fly 29.61 split

Day 1 Finals
1500 Free - 2nd place
100 Free - 10th place (kinda hard to swim a sprint after putting in a solid mile performance… even though she didn’t shine like she wanted, she finished with a smile knowing she did what she came to do during prelims)

Day 2 Prelims
200 Free Relay - 27.27 split (now she just needs to do this in a regular 50 Free to get that Future cut under her belt… is our distance swimming actually sprinting now?!?)
200 Free - qualifying in third place for finals

Day 2 Finals
200 Free - 2nd place
