Living Manifestation Post: Self love is more than a trend. It looks like honesty, tears, vulnerability, awareness, accountability, facing fears, facing insecurities, surrendering to the unknown, trust, feeling every feelings, embracing the shadows, being intentional with every decision & accepting self. 💐

Im thankful for the amazing women I got to share this weekend with as I hosted my 2nd annual retreat 🧖🏽‍♀️👭 It wasnt easy to decide to stop hosting after this year & these women reminded me how impactful I am in my purpose when I create the rooms for all of us to be seen 🥹🕊️The healing, vulnerability & love that we shared this weekend will last us a lifetime 💚
