#Latepost… but Harper turning 13 deserved a permanent spot on the feed 💕 It was important for me to capture this moment because I hope while taking these photos, you felt as beautiful as I see you through my eyes every single day. And at your party, you felt completely surrounded by the love, laughter, & support of true sisterhood in this new chapter of your life ✨

Watching you grow into such an intelligent, quirky, artistic, silly, thoughtful, kind, compassionate young lady & one who is always somehow keeping tabs on my business 🙄🤭😆 , makes me SO proud. You remind me daily how lucky I am to be your mom.

It’s also a little bittersweet realizing I only have a few years left to keep guiding you & polishing up a few things before you’re off to college 😅🤍 #OfficiallyATeenager

Love you always,
Mommy💕

I do it all for you baby girl 😘 #TimeSlowDown 🥹

Hampton Homecoming 2025. QT7. There are no words. God did his thang when he made us. We really are the hottest class under the sun. All the love. My soul is full. We look SO good - we are indeed forever young. Happy 15th Quintessence 7 - the Obama class. Love y’all down. 💙⚓️🫶🏽☀️

🎶 🎵 “O Hampton, we never can make thee a song
Except as our lives do the singing,” 🎶

IDK what’s wilder, being OUT of college 15 years ooooor, being around my peers, many I have not seen in over 10 years, and the energy, love, and laughs are just as great as they were in 2006, when we embarked on the journey together.

However, celebrating 15 years with the HOTTEST 🔥 class under the sun ☀️ was amazing! My heart is full and I am so happy still, that 19 years ago I made the best decision attending Hampton University and decided this year to celebrate my accomplishments with #QT7

Here is to 15 years! Here is to QT7! Here is to Hampton University, my #HomebytheSea

🎵 i luv, i luv, i luv my QT7!!! 💙🤍

And #shoutout to my sis @mrsyarishiaparson for all the influence she had on me attending HU 💗
