As I wrote in yesterday’s post, weddings were rescheduled and cancelled during 2020. We had two weddings scheduled for the year. Luke and Kate set their date for May 15th, then rescheduled it for late June hoping things would reopen. Lots of prayers were were being lifted up for this. Here comes God with His amazing graciousness once again and the Governor reopened Texas to 50%! Luke and Kate were married on May 15th just as their hearts desired in a beautiful God-honoring ceremony and celebration of their love for each other and their Lord and Savior. Riley and Lacy’s wedding date was November 22nd and things were better by then, thank you, Lord! Their concern was the honeymoon which was to be in Hawaii. Day by day travel restrictions were changing causing lots of stress for Riley and Lacy. Again, prayers were going up! God answered with a magical honeymoon in Hawaii with the date of a new and difficult travel requirement being the day after they arrived in Hawaii making it a non-issue for them! Their wedding was absolutely beautiful and God honoring as well. We now have two amazing daughters-in-love in the Young family! #let’sbegrateful #Ephesians3:20 #August12,2021

Now that I've worked onstage and offstage for productions, I'm appreciating theatre more. Plus, I get to be with my friends. 😁 #TheMissFirecrackerContest

How did I get so blessed to work with such an amazing group of strong women? Being in #TheVaginaMonologues has bettered my life and forged bonds with these ladies (and David!) I love so much, now. 👄 I'm proud of all that we've done together! 💋

It was a great honor to work with the Cast of 96 Minutes, and to perform this beautiful piece of work by Chase Waites, and most importantly to honor those who lost someone on that fateful summer day on UT Austin's campus in 1966. #neverforget
