But seriously, we’re working here

Big love to these women, this tribe, these lovelies that are my kind of crazies who have the nerve to create and attract more in their life

🦋 More peace…like deep peace
🦋 More financial breakthroughs and blessings
🦋 More play, because yes
🦋 More adventures, near and far
🦋 More love, real love, unconditional love
🦋 More support
🦋 More Laughs
🦋 More moments created

I love being able to work in a way that feels like play. I am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate in ways that naturally blends with my friend’s businesses, events and daily life.

How do you support and collaborate with your friends?

I’m turning 36 next week and realizing how much has shifted this past year.

I’ve learned that:

✨ Sometimes showing up for yourself means disappointing other people

✨ Experiences matter most when you can be fully present for them

✨ Taking care of yourself is mandatory — not an indulgence. I stopped feeling guilty about investing in myself, and honestly can’t believe I ever felt otherwise.

Life moves so fast in the hospitality world — especially when you’re running around with a camera capturing moments in time. It’s shown me how beautiful it is to truly savor every moment in between.

This facial with @lalaforlyfe at @oohlalamakeupartistry was the perfect reset going into a fresh year. 🔥🐎 If you’re local to Tampa, Laurel is incredible!

Here’s to glowing my way into 36. 🫶🏼

You already know and love Wellness After Dark…
but since it’s Galentine’s, we’re turning up the heat a little 🔥

This one’s for the girlies who want Pilates, wellness, and connection —
plus real conversations about hormone health, sexual wellness, and taking care of our bodies in ways we don’t usually talk about.

Expect Pilates, music, women-owned wellness vendors, curated goodie bags, giveaways (yes, a free facial 👀), and a night that’s fun, educational, and a little sexy — in the best way.

Tickets are live on Posh.
Come curious. Leave empowered. 💕

Here’s why B12 & NAD⁺ work so well together:

•B12 supports red blood cell production, nerve health, and steady energy
•NAD⁺ fuels your mitochondria, aka your cells’ energy factories⠀

🤝 Together they help with fatigue, brain fog, metabolism, and overall vitality

If coffee isn’t cutting it anymore, it might be time to support your energy at the cellular level.
