Happy 19th Birthday, Lil Bit!
Nineteen years ago, you fought so hard just to be here, and today you stand as a beautiful, brilliant, and talented young woman.
Here is a poem written straight from a dad’s heart to celebrate exactly who you are…

“The Rhythm of You”
Nineteen years ago, the world held its breath,
A tiny, fragile miracle, fighting back against death.
Born much too early, a fierce little spark,
You overcame the shadows and shattered the dark.
The youngest of three, you took on the fight,
And grew into a lady of beauty and light.
We named you for movement, for music and grace,
To dance to the cadence and find your own pace.
A melody singing of rhythm and heart,
So deeply talented, so stunningly smart.
You look at the world with a love that is deep,
With animals to cherish and secrets to keep.
You excel in your passions, you shine in the crowd,
There is nothing you do that doesn’t make me proud.
You put up a shield, a tough outer shell,
To guard the soft spirit we all know so well.
But underneath the armor that you wear outside,
Is a sensitive soul where pure love resides.
My sweet Kaedence Melody, my music, my pride,
I will always be walking right by your side.
Happy 19th Birthday from your biggest fan—
I’m so proud of the woman you’ve grown to become.
Love always,
Dad

The tiniest part of the appointment is somehow everyone’s favorite 😂✨

Personally, I LOVE looking like a Lisa Frank coloring book after a spray tan if it means I get tiny hearts, stars, cherries, and palm trees afterward. 🌴💖

Which one would you choose? 👇🏾

A spray tan won’t change your body…

But it can completely change the way your skin looks ✨☀️

✔ Evens skin tone
✔ Adds warmth and color
✔ Enhances natural definition
✔ Gives that vacation glow without the sun damage

This is a fresh custom spray tan with no filters and no editing 💖

Would you try a spray tan? 👇🏾

🎂HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my firstborn daughter @kayamakenzie 🎉🎉🎉
Kaya, twenty-six years of watching you grow,
The greatest gift a father could know.
You opened my eyes, redefined my whole space,
And changed my world with your beautiful grace.
You made me want to be better each day,
Guiding my heart in your own gentle way.
Now look at the path you’ve bravely pursued,
With focus and strength, completely renewed.
It’s been quite a year of triumphs and tears,
As you conquered the books and cast off the fears.
Graduated again, with a purpose so clear,
To heal and to help those who hold life so dear.
A nurse in your spirit, compassionate, wise,
With kindness and intellect deep in your eyes.
Not a single moment has passed through the years,
Without proud, happy memories wiping my tears.
You make me the proudest dad ever alive,
And I know in this chapter you’ll beautifully thrive.
I love you, my Kaya, more than words can express,
May your twenty-sixth year bring you pure happiness.

Love, Dad❤️
